Our mission is to provide free quality sports programming, positive experiences, and leadership opportunities for the benefit of underserved communities, specifically children with special needs and those struggling with a lack of financial resources. We serve the Metropolitan Washington DC area and come to the kids, providing our programs at their local schools.

Pittsburgh Warriors Hockey is a 501(c)(3) organization of honorably discharged service members with a service-connected disability united around hockey and dedicated to provide a cathartic experience, promote physical and mental healing and growth as well as to enable team members to be even more productive members of society

THE MINNESOTA WILD FOUNDATION EXISTS TO SUPPORT THE GAME OF HOCKEY AND TO IMPROVE THE LIVES OF FAMILIES IN THE STATE OF HOCKEY.

Our mission is to create a better future for the San Diego River through volunteerism, advocacy, education, and championing the creation of a river-long park system.We are a San Diego based 501c3 nonprofit that started as an all volunteer group and remain grounded in engaging people through volunteerism. Before the pandemic, we engaged more than 7000 volunteers. We believe in targeting our programs to make a meaningful impact for the river, its ecosystem and San Diego. Our mission is to work toward a day where nature and people live in synergy. A world where being outdoors in nature is accessible and valued. A place that works to conserve our vanishing species and values their intrinsic beauty. A place where we find wonder and awe in nature and integrate it our daily lives.

FamilyPoint Resources engages our community in supportive relationships that meet needs, build hope, and transform lives. FPR creates accessible, enriching opportunities engaging children in education, the arts, and sports to develop a love of learning, a sense of self efficacy, and life skills necessary to flourish. FPR’s programs are avenues for children and youth to experience success and build healthy relationships that tell them they are loved. Our programs allows us to welcome each child, exactly as they are, and walk with them developmentally through challenging circumstances and into new opportunities, shaping them into flourishing adults who break cycles of poverty, build healthy relationships, create abundant communities, and positively shape their world.

THEIR MISSION: Exceeding Expectations, a program in San Bernardino that serves an inner-city population, is designed to encourage at-risk kids to move their lives in a positive direction, using the sport of triathlon as the vehicle. The goal is not to develop the kids into elite athletes, but rather to offer them opportunities to participate in a lifestyle that is healthy, goal-oriented and very unlike that which they experience in their everyday lives. We strive to replace negative influences with positive role models and to instill in the kids a powerful new discipline of setting measurable goals and working hard to achieve them. Our highest priority is education, and our ultimate objective is to ensure that every one of the kids graduates high school and goes on to college. Exceeding Expectations has no paid staff and no non-program costs other than insurance. Every penny we receive goes for race entry fees, bicycles and other equipment, tuition and other college expenses, etc.

Aim High Academy combines FITNESS and FAITH to help build bright FUTURES in urban children and youth from the North Tulsa community and beyond.

Parks are an essential component of what constitutes a great city. The Los Angeles Parks Foundation’s mission is to enhance, expand, preserve, and promote public recreation, parks, and open space for the diverse people of Los Angeles.

We provide opportunities for healing and empowerment through surf therapy, mentorship, and life skills achievement programs for youth in foster and at-risk communities.
