It is now one of the 15 largest providers of hospice care in the country. Our goal is to provide quality care by adding life to the years in a constantly collaboratively environment. After seven years of providing senior center services in a culturally and linguistically appropriate environment once a week in different parts of Queens through collaborations, we opened the Desi Senior Center one year ago in Jamaica providing three days a week senior center services. As a result of this expansion, we currently serve over 150 individual seniors every week and provided over 20,000 congregate meals to South Asian seniors in just the past one year!
