Nashua Soup Kitchen & Shelter provides food, emergency shelter, and a wide range of supportive services to individuals and families throughout Greater Nashua. We work to improve and increase access to a full spectrum of basic needs through engaging in advocacy work, conducting sustainable programs, and thoughtfully collaborating with peer agencies.

With deep compassion and skill, we care for people living with serious illness, those who are dying, and all who care for them.

The Little Sisters of the Poor offer needy elderly persons total quality care in a loving, supportive Home where they are welcomed as family and cared for with dignity and respect until death. Believing that to accompany the elderly on their final journey is the greatest expression of their vow of hospitality, the Little Sisters humbly and prayerfully devote their lives to fulfilling this most sacred aspect of Our Lord's mission of salvation.

SPECIFICALLY, SPURGEON MANOR PROVIDES INDEPENDENT LIVING, RESIDENTIAL CARE, AND SKILLED NURSING AND SKILLED DEMENTIA CARE ALONG WITH OUT-PATIENT THERAPY.

Spiritual love and concern for the terminally ill are reflected in our work at Haynes House of Hope. We open our home, our hearts and our hands to those who require physical care, emotional support and spiritual comfort, regardless of race, color and creed without charge. We feel blessed to share in the journey and privileged to be present with the family and loves ones.

The mission of Boca Helping Hands is to provide compassionate service through food and assistance programs to individuals, families and children to instill dignity and break the cycle of dependence.  We work to complete our mission every day in our Hot Meal, Pantry, Financial Assistance, and Job Mentoring Programs.  In addition, we have special childrens programs to provide food and support to school age kids.

In Mecklenburg County, families living at or below the federal poverty line will likely remain in poverty their entire lives without intervention. Angels & Sparrows provides programs, connections, and resources so economically vulnerable families can experience a Fresh Start. We empower families to reach their potential by providing access to food security and educational opportunities that lead to a Fresh Start.
