We strive, as well, to reduce the isolation experienced by so many elderly. Our meals are delivered to seniors' homes by volunteers. Frequently the volunteer may be the only person the senior sees all day, providing human contact and a safety net, particularly for those seniors living alone. We serve San Diego County's diverse and growing senior population by providing healthy, well-balanced meal menus providing our seniors variety as well as choice while they receive the nutrition they need to stay healthy.
