WAICV was formed under the auspices of Wheeler Avenue Baptist Church. The primary role of WAICV is to fund the affiliate non-profit organizations entities, specifically, WA5C's (Wheeler Avenue Central City Comprehensive Community Center) and WATMI (Wheeler Avenue Triangle Ministries Incorporated). These Wheeler-affiliated entities seek to serve those persons located primarily within the Third Ward of Houston with issues relating to affordable housing, transitional housing, social services accessibility, food insecurity, eldercare, senior services, family services, prenatal care for at-risk populations, and mental health education and awareness.

VILLA ST. JOSEPH OF BADEN, INC. (VILLA)'S, WHICH IS AFFILIATED WITH THE SISTERS OF ST. JOSEPH OF BADEN, PENNSYLVANIA (SISTERS OF ST. JOSEPH), PRIMARY PURPOSE TO PROVIDE COMPASSIONATE CARE WHILE SERVING THE HEALTH NEEDS OF OLDER ADULTS AS WELL AS THOSE IN THE WIDER COMMUNITY IN NEED OF OUR SERVICES.

The mission of Luke 14:12 is to provide hot, nutritious meals to the hungry, homeless and working poor of the Nashville area. Luke 14:12 is an ecumenical outreach program through which persons of diverse faith communities join together in a common effort to address the needs of those who are inadequately fed.

Rain or shine, 52 weeks a year, hundreds of needy people have a hot meal and a community gathering place because generous supporters like you. Understanding food is a human right and hunger is a human wrong. Every Sunday for twenty-five years Potluck in the Park volunteers have prepared and served healthy wholesome meals with dignity and kindness. The secret to Potluck in the Park’s staying power is the story of its people. Our tenacious teams of career-volunteers have inspired thousands of other volunteers to donate their time, talent and money to fight hunger in Portland. Their dedication and passion has made Potluck in the Park a touchstone for a community in crisis.

Meals on Wheels of Alameda County assists frail, homebound seniors to maintain their independence by fundraising and providing financial support, community outreach and strategic assistance to Meals on Wheels programs in Alameda County that deliver nutritious meals and perform wellness checks.

THE CORPORATION IS ORGANIZED TO PROVIDE RESIDENTIAL AND LONG-TERM CARE SERVICES TO THE SICK AND ELDERLY IN A SPIRITUAL SETTING. THE MISSION IS ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH THE OPERATION OF A 125-BED LONG-TERM CARE FACILITY AND A 94-UNIT RETIREMENT COMMUNITY LOCATED ON ST. SIMON'S ISLAND, GEORGIA.

Goal: Share the story of Jesus and the ELCA by engaging with 1 million new people as we grow the church together. Purpose: Activate each of us so more people know the way of Jesus and discover community, justice and love. Vision: A world experiencing the difference God?s grace and love in Christ make for all people and creation.
