JOSEPH), PRIMARY PURPOSE TO PROVIDE COMPASSIONATE CARE WHILE SERVING THE HEALTH NEEDS OF OLDER ADULTS AS WELL AS THOSE IN THE WIDER COMMUNITY IN NEED OF OUR SERVICES.

Their mission is to serve the needy in our local community through their mobile food pantry.

Vandergrift Meals on Wheels happily serves the greater Vandergrift Area, including: Vandergrift, Hyde Park, North, East, & West Vandergrift, Part of Dime Road, Riverview & Kepple Hill, Kiskimere, Allegheny Twp., and West Leechburg.

Feast Incarnate is a food and hospitality ministry that serves Philadelphia’s food insecure and HIV + community with a warm meal with dignity and compassion.

Every day, the ministries of Genacross Lutheran Services touch the lives of youth, families, and senior adults in northwest Ohio and southeast Michigan. Genacross provides a continuum of senior living services, youth and family care services, and outpatient services that focus on enhancing people’s lives.

The Little Sisters of the Poor are an international congregation of Roman Catholic women religious founded in 1839 by Saint Jeanne Jugan. Together with a diverse network of collaborators, we serve the elderly poor in over 30 countries around the world. Continuing the work of Saint Jeanne Jugan, our MISSION is to offer the neediest elderly of every race and religion a home where they will be welcomed as Christ, cared for as family and accompanied with dignity until God calls them to himself.

Their mission is to provide older adults with comprehensive and coordinated human services to encourage and promote healthy lifestyles, independence, well-being and quality of life.

The Northern Illinois Transplant House will build and operate a housing facility for transplant patients and their families who are receiving treatment in the Chicago area but live outside the Chicago area. Reservations are made by referral only and rooms will be available at no charge.
