We create peace of mind by providing compassionate care and support to those who need us. People of all ages turn to Avow for various kinds of support. This property, listed on the Alabama Register of Landmarks and Heritage, holds a very important place in the history of the civil rights movement. It is our goal to restore this property to its original historic state, and to engage the local community by opening a unique museum at its location.
