For Kids' Sake supports six facilities that provide food, clothing, housing, education and overall care for 550 orphans. These sites also host fully registered schools that offer education from kindergarten through high school to more than 3,500 children from surrounding villages. All told, we support 4,000 children through our six orphanages and schools every month. In addition to donations, our orphanages and schools are financially supported by a number of local, income-generating projects that include: aquaculture, dairy farming, vegetable and fruit cultivation, irrigation services, a ferryboat and village market stall rentals. These projects provide vocational training for the children, as well. Over 100 Bangladeshis are employed by FKS facilities and projects, which helps to stimulate the local economy.​

DOOR is a gateway for encountering the city through the eyes, ears, and heart of God. We are dedicated to providing life-changing experiences for our participants rooted in relationship and solidarity with local communities and neighborhoods. All of our programming grows out of a commitment to mutual respect and thoughtful reflection.

We long to connect people with their passion, gift mix, and calling – and ultimately a community in which to live those out.
