NEADS World Class Service Dogs was founded in 1976 to train and place assistance dogs to help people who have disabilities and children who have autism. NEADS has trained over 1,800 Assistance Dog partners (person and dog) now living and working together across the USA, including assistance dogs to help veterans of our wars with physical disabilities and with PTSD. NEADS is the oldest continuing Hearing Dog program in the country and the first program on the East Coast to train a Service Dog.

DVEN connects disabled veterans (and their caregivers/supporters) with VA benefits and trustworthy veteran-support organizations, operates events and programs (including emotional-support/companion-dog support and Rally4Vets events), and maintains an online resource hub to help reduce veteran suicide and improve veteran access to services.

Stars and Stripes Honor Flight, Inc. honors veterans with a life-changing trip to Washington, D.C. to visit the memorials and experience a day of honor and thanks.

The organization’s work focuses on supporting combat‑wounded service members by providing free clothing kits and clothing modifications, delivering empowerment events and leadership programs, and connecting wounded warriors (and families of the fallen) with services to help them rebuild purpose and community. In short: CWC aims to help combat‑wounded veterans recover confidence and re‑engage in civilian life through practical assistance (clothing/modifications) and empowerment programs.

Honor Flight Long Island arranges free, all‑expenses‑paid day trips for Long Island veterans (primarily WWII, Korean, and Vietnam veterans) to visit their national memorials in Washington, D.C. It operates through donations and volunteers, with guardians often contributing to offset trip costs.

The foundation (branded as the C4 Foundation) supports active‑duty U.S. Navy SEALs and their families by delivering neuroscience‑informed programs and retreats (including the C4 Ranch) designed to reduce stress, strengthen family bonds, and aid healthy transition from combat to home. The organization honors Arkansas military veterans and promotes public awareness of their service and accomplishments. It maintains a Hall of Fame (including a display at the state capitol) and holds an annual induction banquet to recognize selected veterans.

After Pat Tillman's death while serving in Afghanistan, family and friends established the Pat Tillman Foundation in 2004 to honor his legacy and commitment to country. Today, through the Tillman Military Scholars program, the Foundation invests in military veterans and their spouses through educational scholarships—building a diverse community of leaders committed to serving others. To date, the Foundation has awarded $4.1 million in scholarship funds to 290 Tillman Military Scholars pursuing education at every level from freshmen undergraduates to Ph.D. candidates. Overall, our Scholars represent 90 different academic institutions nationwide. Our mission is to encourage and empower Tillman Military Scholars to make a sustainable impact globally and in their local communities, while increasing awareness of the unique issues facing veterans and military families today.

Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing, Inc. is dedicated to the physical and emotional rehabilitation of disabled active military service personnel and disabled veterans through fly fishing and associated activities including education and outings. We currently carry out our mission in 47 states with 157 programs.

Montachusett Veterans Outreach Center provides support to military veterans and their families in need of services to develop a resilient, self-sufficient lifestyle essential to succeed in today’s environment.
