AS FAITH CALLS US TO MINISTER WITH OUR NEIGHBORS IN NEED, ECUMENICAL PARTNERSHIP FOR HOUSING SEEKS THROUGH PARTNERSHIP WITH RELIGIOUS ORGANIZATIONS AND SOCIAL SERVICES AGENCIES TO PROVIDE TRANSITIONAL HOUSING AND SUPPORT SERVICES FOR HOMELESS FAMILIES.

The New Community Shelter has three primary responsibilities to the community. First we are a homeless shelter for adults with a mission to provide shelter, case management, education and many supportive services. Not only to we help a person become self-sufficient, we also address individual issues that caused a person to become homeless in the first place. We are a zero-tolerance facility with rules and expectations, and we operate in an atmosphere of respect. Additionally, we have a Transitional Living Program. In this program, individuals in the Emergency Shelter Program can work their way into this program allowing them more time to work on issues that may have contributed to their homelessness. We have 20 apartments, four of which are dedicated to serve homeless veterans. Lastly, we have a Community Meal Program that serves any adults and children from throughout the community that are hungry. We serve dinner 365 days a year and lunch every weekend and all holidays. We only ask that participants, most of whom do not live at the shelter, are peaceful and sober when they join us for a meal.

To enrich, nurture, and strengthen individuals with special needs and their families through an array of activities, services, and programs including our medical equipment lending library Katy's Kloset.

Kathy's House is a hospital guest house committed to providing affordable lodging and caring support in a "home away from home" environment for families who need to travel to Milwaukee for medical care.

Their mission is to provide runaway and homeless youth safe shelter, assist in the prevention and resolution of family conflicts, and reunify families whenever possible.

Coalition to Shelter and Support the Homeless (CSSH) is an alliance of faith-based and community service organizations assisting unsheltered adults in Central Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Our first priority is to provide shelter on Code Blue nights. At the same time, we try to link the homeless and financially distressed to needed resources such as limited emergency funds, food, clothing, healthcare, and education. All work is done in a spirit of respect for the individual, and without regard to gender, race, nationality, sexual orientation, and religious or political beliefs.

THE FILING ENTITY IS ORGANIZED FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS A NON-PROFIT TO FOSTER LOW-INCOME HOUSING AND TO ACT FOR THE BENEFIT OF, PERFORM THE FUNCTIONS OF AND CARRY OUT THE PURPOSES OF THE EVANGELICAL LUTHERAN GOOD SAMARITAN SOCIETY.

Our mission is to provide a safe shelter for LGBTQ+ youth experiencing homelessness in Pittsburgh. We will also provide emotional support and resources to help LGBTQ+ youth develop the skills needed to live independently. Proud Haven will be a leading resource for shelter and support services that improve the quality of life for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ+) youth experiencing homelessness as well as an advocate for the LGBTQ+ population as a whole.

My Very Own Bed provides new beds and linens to children of families who have recently secured stable housing in the Twin Cities.
