Central Delaware Habitat for Humanity (CDHFH) is a non-profit, ecumenical Christian housing ministry that serves Kent County by partnering with low-income families to build simple, decent, affordable homes. It was founded in 1990 and became a local affiliate of Habitat for Humanity International. Since that time, the Kent County affiliate has built 17 homes and currently has one nearing completion. We are able to build affordable homes by engaging the community to volunteer at all stages of our operation, securing donated resources, and selling the home at no profit with a zero interest loan.

Redemption Housing is a transformational recovery organization that offers faith-based programming and community support to Philadelphians coming out of incarceration and homelessness, guiding them toward healthy and meaningful lives. We seek to bring God's healing and restoration to those affected by incarceration and homelessness, holistically serving them as they transition back into the community, while providing a safe space where they can connect with social services, find meaningful employment, and locate long-term housing. Our vision is to be a network of recovery homes that provide safe, stable, structured, and sober living arrangements. Our residents will be proud of where they live, receive our ongoing support, and journey with each other into the care of the community.

Founded in 2005, Samaritan House provides short-term recuperative care for homeless men and women following a hospital or emergency room stay. Over 70% of the Samaritan House clients find permanent housing after leaving our facility.

The mission of Lazarus Ministries is to offer unlimited compassion while providing for the unmet needs of Kansas City’s urban core.

The mission of ChristNet is to provide temporary overnight emergency housing assistance and other services to homeless men, women, and children. We do this by providing a safe secure sleeping space indoors; offering three meals per day; and by maintaining a case manager who identifies and coordinates mainstream resources to help those in need restabilize their lives. ChristNet promotes cooperation among churches and non-profit organizations as we strive to assist our brothers and sisters in God’s family.

Aging Together builds collaborations that create and enhance supports for older persons, their families and their caregivers in Culpeper, Fauquier, Rappahannock, Madison and Orange Counties.
