Union Mission exists to prevent and end homelessness in the greater Savannah area.

We offer REFUGE by providing food, shelter and clothing to those in need. We offer RECOVERY through biblically based programs that minister to the whole person. We offer RESTORATION by equipping people to live self-sufficient and independent lives.

Assist adults, children and youth in reclaiming their right to a life free from domestic violence. SafeHouse Denver strives to: • intervene in domestic violence with services that empower adults, children and youth to live free from domestic abuse. • prevent domestic violence through education efforts that foster and support a broad movement for violence-free communities. • facilitate an interactive, collaborative community response to relationship violence that identifies victims earlier, makes victim services more accessible, and builds community awareness and accountability.

p:ear builds positive relationships with homeless and transitional youth, ages15 to 24, through education, art and recreation to affirm personalworth and create more meaningful and healthier lives.

New Avenues for Youth is a Portland-based nonprofit organization dedicated to the prevention and intervention of youth homelessness. Our services for young people (ages 9-25) focus on the individual—their experiences, identities, needs, and goals—and helping them make positive change in their lives.

Break the cycle of homelessness. Bring together disparate groups so that each can discover the worth, dignity and potential of the other. Pioneer a service model worthy of replication. This mission unites all members of the center community in a common endeavor. Because of the depth and severity of the condition of homelessness, no less than a focused and concerted effort can bring lasting change into the lives of our guests.

Fair housing education and enforcement.

DESC helps people with the complex needs of homelessness, substance use disorders, and serious mental illness achieve their highest potential for health and well-being through comprehensive services, treatment, and housing.

Tumbleweed is a non-profit organization founded in 1972 to help homeless and forgotten youth in our community to grow and thrive. In 1975, the open hands program began offering shelter and counseling for youth in crisis. We now have a dozen programs that provide a full range of services.

Habitat for Humanity of St. Augustine/St. Johns county brings people of all walks of life together to build homes, communities, and hope.

The Community Hope Center’s mission is to provide assistance to all those in need in our community. We secure a “no wrong door” policy and are committed to providing resources or referrals for those who are actively searching for assistance and who are ready to forge a path towards self-sufficiency.
