THE CORPORATION IS ORGANIZED FOR THE PURPOSE OF BENEFITING THE YOUNG WOMEN'S CHRISTIAN ASSOCIATION OF KALAMAZOO, MICHIGAN ("YWCA"), A NONPROFIT CORPORATION INCORPORATED IN THE STATE OF MICHIGAN PURSUANT TO THE MICHIGAN NONPROFIT CORPORATION ACT, MCL 450.2101 ET SEQ. (THE "MNCA"), TO ACT AS AN EXEMPT ORGANIZATION UNDER THE PROVISION OF SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE ("CODE"), OR OTHER SECTION OF THE CODE; AND IS ORGANIZED EXCLUSIVELY TO PROVIDE HOUSING FOR PERSONS WHOSE INCOME DOES NOT EXCEED THE LIMITS ESTABLISHED IN THE MICHIGAN STATE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT ACT, ACT 346 OF 1966 AS AMENDED ("THE ACT"), AND IN GENERAL TO CARRY ON ANY BUSINESS IN CONNECTION THEREWITH AND INCIDENT THERETO NOT INCONSISTENT WITH THE ACT, AND WITH ALL POWERS CONFERRED UPON NONPROFIT CORPORATIONS BY THE STATE OF MICHIGAN.

Sojourner Truth House is a ministry of hope and help for homeless and at-risk women and their children sponsored by the Poor Handmaids of Jesus Christ. Through hospitality, advocacy, integrative services and collaboration, participants improve their quality of life and that of the community in a safe, trusting environment.

To rebuild lives with compassion by providing resources and services to empower homeless individuals and families.

Their mission is to unite Habitat for Humanity affiliates throughout the state of Wisconsin in a coordinated effort to eliminate sub-standard housing.

They are committed to improving the quality of life for LGBTQ+ people in and around Durham: ● through programming, resources, and networks of support; ● by acting as a hub for Durham's LGBTQ+ community; ● by sharing and affirming all LGBTQ+ lived experiences; and ● by educating our neighbors in order to enhance understanding of and sensitivity to LGBTQ+ issues.

Habitat NC works to unite the state’s affiliates in a coordinated effort to provide affordable homes to underserved families and revitalize existing neighborhoods.

NATASHA House Inc's mission is to provide transitional housing and rehabilitative services to equip and empower homeless female headed households and at-risk children on the VA Peninsula to achieve and maintain self-sufficiency. The geographical area that we serve is Virginia Peninsula which includes York, Poquoson, and James City Counties, Hampton, Newport News, Williamsburg, and Gloucester.

ASSISTING VETERANS AND THEIR FAMILIES IN NEED BY RAISING DONATIONS OF MONEY, BUILDING MATERIALS AND PROFESSIONAL LABOR. NAPERVILLE RESPONDS FOR VETERANS COORDINATES THE PROCESS OF REPAIRING, BUILDING AND DONATING HOMES FOR VETERANS.

The Habitat mission is a hand-up, not a hand-out, and since 1978 the Trident Habitat affiliates have partnered in helping a combined 817 families to purchase affordable homes so that they might realize their dreams of home ownership and the many benefits that in turn follow.

To bring the faith community together to help homeless children and their families regain their housing, their independence and their dignity.
