The Anacortes Family Center's mission is to serve homeless women, children and families in crisis by providing shelter in addition to comprehensive transformational services to achieve long lasting personal success and self-sufficiency, and to prevent homelessness in our community through advocacy and by providing affordable housing options. AFC's unique approach has led to the distinction of being one of the most successful shelters in the state at helping clients achieve self-sufficiency. Last year AFC served the most vulnerable clients* and over 80% of our clients graduated successfully - finding a permanent place to call home and a job to support the household.*Measured with the objective tool used by all homeless programs called the “Vulnerability index”.

The Haven for Hope mission is to offer a place of hope and new beginnings. We do this by providing, coordinating and delivering an efficient system of care for people experiencing homelessness in San Antonio.

Stepping Stones Shelter Inc. provides a continuum of services (emergency shelter, permanent supportive housing, and post-shelter services) to homeless families with children in order to move them from crisis to a stable home environment.  By offering food, shelter and supportive services in an atmosphere of dignity and respect, Stepping Stones provides hope for the future, strengthens families, and promotes self-sufficiency.

The Winchester Rescue provides high quality care to individuals devastated by the effects of poverty and homelessness by offering healing from the past, help for the present and hope for the future.

The mission of Skyline Community Action Partnership, Inc. (Skyline) is to strengthen our communities by improving the lives of those in need through actions promoting self-sufficiency. We seek to eliminate the impact of poverty by focusing on education, housing stability and economic opportunities.

OUR SERVICES HAVE BEEN EXPANDED FROM THE FAIRFAX COMMUNITY TO THE SURROUNDING COMMUNITIES OF WESTERN FAIRFAX COUNTY AND LOUDOUN COUNTY WITH THE OPENING IN MARCH 2021 OF THE CHANTILLY OUTPATIENT CENTER.

Since opening on Father's Day in 1987, The Ronald McDonald House of Eastern North Carolina provides a temporary “home away from home” for families of seriously ill or injured children receiving treatment from area medical facilities. The House serves families with children seeking both in-patient and out-patient services.

Carolina Cross Connection is a Christian mission connecting churches to communities while making space for Jesus Christ to transform lives. We provide weeklong camp experiences for students and adults to connect with their neighbors throughout North Carolina and Honduras. We partner with local agencies to build relationships and provide services for the community.
