Founded by Pastor Harold Brown, a ferocious advocate for the homeless, the ECTLC strives to give each homeless individual and family an opportunity for a healthy, meaningful life by encouraging a personal relationship with God. By applying Scripture to the person's character, behaviors, and attitude, and fostering a safe and healing environment, ECTLC promotes wise decisions for our program participants. We create opportunities for work, service, and leadership; all this with good customer service, professionalism, and open feedback as a model to all communities.

Hotel Hope is a nonprofit, interfaith organization that provides housing to women and their children in a safe and loving atmosphere while guiding them to self-sufficiency and self- empowerment through intensive case management.

Homeless Youth Connection’s (HYC) mission is to eliminate barriers to graduation for homeless youth and create lasting solutions for a successful future through community support and increased awareness. HYC's goals are to provide homeless teens with case management, housing, basic needs and services as they make positive, life-affirming choices toward becoming responsible, productive adults. At Homeless Youth Connection, we believe that together with educators, government agencies, churches, community partners, local corporations, service organizations and compassionate and caring community members, we will be able to help youth who are experiencing homelessness find strength and hope for a successful and sustainable future.

In 2010, Community Education Partnerships (CEP) incorporated with the mission of increasing learning opportunities and enhancing the academic achievement of students experiencing homelessness and housing insecurity. Specifically, CEP works to ensure that all CEP students perform at or above grade level, are on track to graduate high school or receive an equivalent certificate, are socially and emotionally prepared for academic transitions, and find the joy and purpose of education. To achieve these goals, CEP recruits, screens, and trains volunteers to provide high-quality, individualized one-on-one academic tutoring and mentoring for pre-K – 12th-grade unhoused and unstably housed students.
