Yolo Farm to Fork is dedicated to bringing locally grown farm-fresh food to school lunch and recycling programs, supporting school and community gardens, and helping Yolo County residents get to know where their food comes from and the farmers who grow it.

The Auburn Interfaith Food Closet provides nutritious food to those in need in our service area, preserving their dignity and encouraging self-reliance.

The Food Bank of El Dorado County's mission is to provide comprehensive services in collaboration with other hunger response agencies that will help transform the lives of people in need by: Providing nutritious food Advocating for and participating in various programs which will promote self sufficiency Raising awareness and educating the general public on local hunger, its causes and consequences and Acting as an advocate for a population that sometimes have few officials to speak for their needs.

Weld Food Bank’s (WFB) mission is to “Lead and Engage Our Community in the Fight Against Hunger.” Under this mission, we “Lead” by raising awareness of hunger and its consequences, create understanding of the pervasiveness of hunger and promote advocacy with compassion, inclusion, and respect. We “Engage” by actively involving the community and working towards the common goal of food equity for all. And we “Fight Against Hunger” by placing ourselves directly where we see need, offering our services without discrimination. The purpose of our organization is to alleviate suffering from hunger in Weld County, CO by providing healthy foods to those unable to obtain adequate, nutritious food, and who are, or will otherwise, suffer from hunger. Annually, WFB assists 88,000 unique individuals through 8 direct service programs designed to feed hungry children, adults, and seniors. The goal of all WFB hunger relief programs is to ensure that no person in Weld goes hungry and that every individual has access to healthy, affordable foods.

At the Food Bank for Larimer County, we believe no one should be hungry. Our dream is to deliver health, hope and humanity to stabilize the lives of our clients and build a vibrant community. We are a private non-profit organization and the only Feeding America clearinghouse for donated food in our county. Each year, we provide food to more than 37,500 people in need through community partnerships and hunger-relief programs. Hunger2Hope is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization, located in DeSoto County, that exists to provide nutritional, emotional, and spiritual support to students whose families are facing hard times, in hopes to alleviate pressures for basic necessities and spark a curiosity for the hope and love of Christ while bridging the gap for local community to serve as One.
