THE CONNECTED CHEF PROVIDES RELIEF FOR FAMILIES ACROSS QUEENS, NY THROUGH THE LIFELINE GROCERY INITIATIVE. THIS PROGRAM SERVES VULNERABLE AND UNDERSERVED FAMILIES IN QUEENS THAT ARE FOOD INSECURE. THROUGH THIS PROGRAM, THE ORGANIZATION PACKAGES AND DISTRIBUTES NUTRIENT GROCERIES TO FAMILIESS ON A WEEKLY BASIS.

MANNA FoodBank's Mission is to involve, educate and unite people in the work of ending hunger in Western North Carolina.

To cultivate skills, stewardship, and service in young people, through sustainable gardening and healthy living practices.

Supporting the high school graduation and continued success of youth experiencing homelessness.

Feed America is a non-profit organization dedicated to ending hunger and food insecurity in the United States. We believe that everyone deserves access to nutritious food, and we work tirelessly to ensure that those in need have the resources they need to lead healthy, fulfilling lives. To achieve this, we provide food assistance through a network of community partnerships and volunteer programs. We also work to address the root causes of poverty and food insecurity through education, advocacy, and community-based initiatives. We also collaborate with other organizations, government and private partners to increase the impact of our mission. Community Food Pantry

As Sacramento's oldest, continuously-serving food bank, our mission is to alleviate hunger in Sacramento County by providing healthy emergency food and other assistance, offering referrals, and promoting self-sufficiency through a variety of programs. From seniors to children, from the homeless to the working poor, we assist all struggling families and individuals in Sacramento County.

Building Bridges from Hunger to Hope

Mustard Seed Communities (MSC) is a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to caring for the most vulnerable populations in society. Founded in 1978, MSC provides care to children and adults with physical and mental disabilities, children affected by HIV/AIDS, teenage mothers, impoverished families, and marginalized communities throughout Jamaica, Nicaragua, Dominican Republic, and Zimbabwe.
