The Seventh Generation Fund for Indigenous Peoples is a Native non-profit organization dedicated to Indigenous Peoples' self-determination and the sovereignty of Native nations. They offer an integrated program of advocacy, small grants, training and technical assistance, media experience and fiscal management, lending our support and extensive expertise to Indigenous grassroots communities.

Founded in 1924, International Social Service, USA is the U.S. member of a global child protection and social service network. We connect vulnerable children, adults, and families, separated by an international border, to the services and support they need.

Casa de Esperanza mobilizes Latinas and Latin@ communities to end gender-based violence. We were founded in 1982 when a small group of Latina activists created an emergency shelter for Latinas who were denied domestic violence services from mainstream systems. For 38 years, we have served a highly marginalized population in culturally relevant ways that translate to greater safety, community connectedness, and self-sufficiency for Latin@s who experience domestic violence, sexual assault, and trafficking. Our work builds and leverages the communities’ strengths, cultural assets, and leadership to shift beliefs and behaviors within family and social networks, which we believe will create the conditions and solutions for thriving.

Ayuda’s mission is to advocate for low-income immigrants through direct legal, social and language services, training and outreach in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. We envision a community where all immigrants succeed and thrive in the United States. Ayuda believes justice should have no barriers. Since 1973, we have served more than 150,000 low-income immigrants throughout Washington DC, Maryland and Virginia. Our expert and dedicated professionals help immigrants from anywhere in the world navigate the immigration and justice systems and access the social safety net. Ayuda’s comprehensive and welcoming approach breaks down barriers, helps those in need, and makes our communities stronger.

The mission of DC-MD Justice for Our Neighbors (JFON) is to provide free, high-quality, immigration legal services and a warm welcome to immigrants in our communities, while at the same time encouraging cross-cultural community building in the DC-Maryland area.

The Momoko Ito Foundation was founded in 1996 with the charter to foster Japan/US relations through the medium of new information technology. We received our nonprofit status in 1997, and are in the planning stages for the initial activities for our foundation. The focus of our work is on promoting cultural exchange between Japan and the US through the Internet and through periodic conferences on cross cultural topics in technology and culture.
