Our vision is to improve access to, and utilization of quality healthcare services to reduce the risk of maternal and neonatal mortality in remote rural areas where mothers and their newborns are most vulnerable. We believe all women and newborns should receive the quality healthcare services they deserve during pregnancy and childbirth, anytime and anyplace.

Make Way for Books' mission is to give all children the chance to read and succeed. Established in 1998, we provide proven early literacy programs, services, and resources to 30,000 children, parents, and educators throughout Arizona annually. Make Way for Books builds on the latest research to provide innovative and bilingual programs that ensure underserved and economically disadvantaged young children (ages birth to 5) develop emergent literacy and language skills, social-emotional skills, and positive approaches to learning that are central to school readiness and academic success. Through a two-generation approach, we ensure caregivers have the skills and resources to support their children’s development.

The mission of Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Santa Barbara County is to assure a safe, permanent, nurturing home for every abused or neglected child by providing a highly trained volunteer to advocate for them in the dependency court system. Volunteers talk to foster parents, family members, social workers, attorneys, teachers, medical professionals, and therapists in an effort to learn as much as possible about the child's situation. CASA volunteers serve hundreds of court dependent children every year.

Up On Top, a racially diverse free tuition after school and summer program offers hope, stability, and fun to children of low-income families in San Francisco, preparing them to be successful in school and in life. Up On Top supports families by providing children an enriching free tuition after-school and summer program with low student/teacher ratios, including academic support, social skills, art, music, and nutrition.
