Allies Against Slavery develops community networks that build slave-free cities. Working to that end, we: Engage and mobilize the community through advocacy, education and activism initiatives; Support and empower local survivors of human trafficking alongside our partners; Coordinate the Slave-Free City Network.

To provide information and education to other community organizations regarding adoption as a viable parenting choice for both the birth parent and the adoptive parents. Also, to provide counseling to women facing unplanned pregnancy and support to adoptive parents through the adoption process.

Playgroup is a special place where children's unique thinking flourishes. We are an early school made up of educators and families who believe in the importance of developmentally appropriate practices, hands-on learning, arts exposure and social guidance for the youngest of people. Reflecting the ethnic and social-economic diversity of our local community is of paramount importance. All children and families are supported to make meaningful connections with themselves, their peers and the greater community.

We are New Mexico’s largest food pantry. More and more of Albuquerque’s working poor are struggling to feed themselves and their families. Money is tight for everyone, but one illness, a reduction of work hours, or any setback can leave a family wondering where their next meal is coming from or how they will get clothing or shoes. We provide FREE food and clothing to people who are struggling. We are in constant need of donations of money, food or clothing. We rely entirely on donations and volunteers in our mission.
