The Child Success Foundation provides the opportunity for children struggling with developmental delays and/or learning challenges to achieve success socially, physically, academically, and emotionally by offering financial assistance to families who cannot afford to seek necessary services at qualifying therapy facilities. Additionally, the Child Success Foundation provides community education and literacy training for early detection, assessments, and therapy intervention.

Nebraska CASA Association partners with local CASA programs to recruit and train volunteers who speak in court for the safety and well-being of abused and neglected children.

Just Say YES – Youth Equipped to Succeed (“JSY”) is a 501(c)3 nationally recognized provider of programs for youth in 38 states with an emphasis on the DFW area (75% of agency programming is in DFW).  The mission of Just Say YES is to provide youth with factual and relational information equipping them to live healthy and successful lives.  We accomplish this by assisting communities, schools, and school districts in developing a customized character/risk avoidance education strategy.  We then bring together various resources – speakers, curriculum, and multimedia presentations – to implement the strategy as we present selected programs encouraging teens to pursue goals and avoid high risk behaviors such as alcohol and drugs, teen sexual activity, and bullying.

The YWCA Santa Monica / Westside has been serving the greater Westside community since 1926. Our Our Mission is to empower women and girls by creating opportunities for growth, progress and success. Our Programs – including early childhood development; K-12 life skills, literacy and athletics; transitional housing and education; young adult networking and career-building; parent support; and personal and professional renewal – instill confidence, capability and effectiveness in women and girls across the life cycle within a supportive, encouraging environment.

Hands for Africa is a nonprofit organization working to restore lost hope to those devastated by the civil war in Sierra Leone. We support amputees by developing and implementing self-reliance programs and providing the necessary aid for the advancement of these programs.

The Child Guidance Center of Southern Connecticut is dedicated to improving the mental and behavioral health of children and teens through treatment, education, and community support.

Through partnership between volunteer professionals and island communities, we bring health and wholeness to Micronesia through diabetes reversal, specialty healthcare, and health education.

Provide social services to LGBT teens in the NYC area. Life skills training, meals, and social work services were offered to an average of 60 young adults a week.

After years of careful planning and preparation, the community responded and in less than two years of fund raising through private gifts and grants, $6 million was raised to bring Ronald McDonald House to Long Beach. The Long Beach House joined more than 300 other Ronald McDonald Houses in 58 countries and regions around the world.  Locally, Ronald McDonald House Charities of Southern California operates Houses in Bakersfield, Loma Linda, Los Angeles, Orange, and Pasadena.  The chapter also operates Camp Ronald McDonald for Good Times, a free, medically-supervised, year-round sleep away camp for children with cancer and their siblings, as well as two Ronald McDonald Family Rooms at CHOC in Orange and CHOC at Mission in Mission Viejo, which serve as an oasis for families inside of hospitals. Additionally, the chapter awards scholarship funds to exceptional high school students and community grants to non-profit organizations that benefit children. Research shows that a family's presence in the hospital helps children heal. Staying close by allows parents to better communicate with their child's medical team and improves adherence to complicated treatment plans. These are only some of the reasons that make Ronald McDonald House Charities of Southern California an important organization.
