Kids First Law Center gives children a voice in divorce and custody conflicts by providing focused legal representation and services to kids. In individual cases, Kids First's goals are to improve parents' communication and co-parenting, lessen the amount of conflict that children are exposed to, connect families with needed services, and make children's voices heard. Kids First also designed and offers educational workshops to children of divorcing parents. Parents can also find common ground in joint parenting sessions and can exchange their children with each other peacefully at Kids First's offices.

New Day Youth and Family Services provides housing, life skills training and supportive services for young people ages 11-21 in Albuquerque (and from the surrounding areas) who are experiencing homelessness. Since 1976 New Day has provided shelter, food and clothing for youth who are homeless 24 hours a day, 365 days per year. We endeavor to continue building a continuum of housing support and pathways out of homelessness for teens and young adults who would otherwise have no safe place to live."

The primary purpose of the Saint Louis Crisis Nursery is to provide a safe haven for children, birth through age 12, thereby preventing child abuse and neglect, and to support the needs of families. Children are cared for in the Nursery for any situation that may jeopardize their health and safety, including: parental stress, domestic violence, homelessness, and other family crises. The Crisis Nursery services are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, at five locations throughout the St. Louis and St. Charles' regions and are free of charge.
