Our mission is simple: "just go feed people." Mercy Chefs is a faith-based, non-profit disaster relief organization. We exist to provide professionally prepared, restaurant-quality meals to victims, volunteers, and first responders in natural disasters and national emergencies, and we partner with existing like-minded organizations to further their mission by providing food service in underserved communities across the country. Our main focuses are: disaster relief, long-term recovery, community kitchens & outreach, and food insecurity relief.

Give Kids The World Village is a 70-acre, nonprofit ""storybook"" Village located nearCentral Florida's most beloved attractions. Here, children and their families are treated to weeklong, cost-free fantasy vacations, complete with accommodations in the Village's whimsical villas, transportation, donated attraction tickets, meals, and much more. At the Village, these precious children learn that dreams really do come true, as they and their families are immersed in joy, hope, and non-stop fun for a few unforgettably happy days. Since 1989, the Village has hosted more than 130,000 deserving families from all 50 states and more than 75 countries. This extraordinary, life-changing experience is Give Kids The World's gift, made possible only through the generosity of dedicated corporations and countless individuals.

We grant the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with hope, strength and joy. Based in Phoenix, the Make-A-Wish Foundation® is one of the nation's leading charities, serving children in every community in the United States, Puerto Rico and Guam. With the help of generous donors and approximately 25,000 volunteers nationwide, the Make-A-Wish Foundation grants a wish every 38 minutes, on average. Since our inception in 1980, we have granted more than 226,000 wishes. YGB specializes in finding permanent families for young adults, teens, and pre-teens in foster care. We believe that no child should age out of the foster care system without the support and love of a family. Whether that means helping youth reconnect to their families of origin, to other people who have played a role in their lives, or to new families that will make a new commitment to be there for life. We recruit, train, certify and license parents who are willing to make an unconditional lifetime commitment. Likewise, we commit to providing ongoing support for our families for as long as they need. To honor his legacy, Discovery Inc. established the The Willie Garson Fund at You Gotta Believe to support our work of connecting every child in foster care to a loving family that commits to being there for life. The fund directly supports our Nobody Ages Out initiative, providing the services and resources needed to ensure their profound journey to becoming a family is a success.

The mission of Wounded Warrior Project® (WWP) is to honor and empower wounded warriors. The organization's vision is to foster the most successful, well-adjusted generation of injured service members in our nation’s history, by CONNECTING, SERVING, and EMPOWERING the wounded men and women who so bravely volunteered to serve our nation on or after the events of September 11, 2001. They CONNECT warriors, their families, and caregivers to peers, programs, and communities to ensure they have a readily available network of support. SERVE by providing free mental and physical health and wellness programs, career and benefits counseling, and by providing ongoing support for the most severely injured. And EMPOWER warriors to live life on their own terms, mentor fellow veterans and service members, and embody the WWP logo by carrying one another on a path toward recovery. Today, more than 110,000 wounded warriors and 26,000 family support members and caregivers are registered with WWP and have access to free programs and services that CONNECT, SERVE, and EMPOWER.

An organization committed to transforming the way youth experience homelessness. We envision a world where every child can celebrate major life milestones, regardless of their financial background or living environment. Worthy of Love exists to create positive experiences and life-long memories for homeless youth and their families, by providing all-expenses-paid birthday parties to them as they navigate life's most challenging circumstances. Children and families who attend our parties are provided with meals, snacks, dessert, and a variety of exciting vendors to enjoy throughout the event. Our parties provide a safe environment for attendees and are secured and monitored by trained staff and security. Every child that attends our parties leaves with special gifts designed to inspire confidence and promote self-worth. Along with personalized birthday gifts, attendees receive school supplies, hygiene kits, and essential tools needed to thrive in day-to-day activities. Since 2013, Worthy of Love has thrown unforgettable birthday parties for over 20,000 children and teens experiencing homelessness in Los Angeles County.

Established in 1977, Fulfillment Fund works to make college a reality for students growing up in educationally and economically under-resourced communities. Together, we build pathways to college, navigate educational barriers, create support networks, and empower future leaders.

Farm Aid's mission is to build a vibrant, family farm-centered system of agriculture in America.

Operation Breakthrough's mission is to help children who are living in poverty develop to their fullest potential by providing them a safe, loving, and educational environment. The Center also strives to support and empower the children's families through education, advocacy, referral services, and emergency aid.

Mercy Learning Center of Bridgeport, Inc. provides basic literacy and life skills training to low-income women using a holistic approach within a compassionate, supportive environment. We proudly welcome women of all backgrounds and circumstances to our center. Founded in 1987 by two educators who wanted to assist mothers of children in the local schools to help their children succeed, Mercy Learning Center (MLC) started as a one-on-one tutoring program. Today, MLC offers comprehensive full- and part-time literacy and life skills programs, an educational childcare program and ancillary services to over 500 women and 100 of their children each year. Having served more than 17,000 women and their children since its beginnings, MLC is helping to improve the quality of life for women and families throughout the Greater Bridgeport community.

The Family Place empowers victims of family violence by providing safe housing, counseling and skills that create independence while building community engagement and advocating for social change to stop family violence.
