Since 1877, Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Los Angeles (spcaLA) has been committed to the prevention of cruelty to animals through Education, Law Enforcement, Intervention and Advocacy.

THE CENTER FOR GRIEVING CHILDREN PROVIDES A SAFE SPACE, LOVING PEER SUPPORT, OUTREACH, AND EDUCATION TO GRIEVING CHILDREN, TEENS, FAMILIES, AND THE COMMUNITY. OFFERING OUR SERVICES AT NO CHARGE, FOR AS LONG AS PEOPLE NEED THEM, OUR SERVICES ENCOURAGE THE SAFE EXPRESSION OF GRIEF AND LOSS AND FOSTER EACH INDIVIDUAL'S RESILIENCE AND EMOTIONAL WELL-BEING. WE NOW OPERATE TWO LOCATIONS IN PORTLAND AND SANFORD.

Pencils of Promise (“PoP”) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that believes every child deserves access to quality education.  They create schools, programs and global communities around the common goal of education for all.

Canine Companions for Independence is a nonprofit that enhances the lives of people with disabilities by providing expertly trained service dogs and ongoing support to ensure quality partnerships at no cost to clients. The Southwest Training Center is one of six regional training centers located across the nation! We primarily serve residents of Arizona, Utah, Colorado, New Mexico, Southern California, Southern Nevada, and Hawaii. Our dogs are matched with children (age 5+), adults, and Veterans with disabilities, as well as with professionals working with vulnerable populations in healthcare, criminal justice, and educational settings.

Every day 267,945 kids in New Jersey leave school with nowhere to go. They risk being unsupervised, unguided and unsafe. Boys & Girls Clubs fill the gap between school and home. Clubs provide welcoming, positive environments in which kids have fun, participate in life-changing program and experiences and build supportive relationships with peers and caring adults. Boys & Girls Clubs in New Jersey is an alliance of 22 Boys & Girls Club organizations serving more than 55,000 youth ages 5-18 throughout the Garden State. Boys & Girls Clubs in New Jersey is a collaborative effort representing all 22 Clubs with the purpose of building local Club capacity; raising public awareness; and securing resources and financial support to increase the impact and reach of local Clubs. Boys & Girls Clubs in New Jersey works to strengthen and grow the mission of Boys & Girls Clubs which is to enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring responsible citizens.

Village Health Works delivers quality, compassionate health care in rural Burundi while addressing the root causes of poverty and disease.
