Impact Network is a U.S.-based charitable organization that provides successful technology based education solutions in rural Africa. We believe every child deserves access to a quality education. By empowering local teachers with tablets loaded with activity-based lessons and intensive training on the use of the technology, we make this possible. We developed the eSchool 360 system as a way to sustain high-quality education for less than $5 a month per student. Our solution is currently operating in over 40 schools in rural Zambia, serving over 6,000 students in the primary grades.

Shoes That Fit tackles one of the most visible signs of poverty in America by giving children in need new athletic shoes to attend school with dignity and joy, prepared to learn, play and thrive. A new pair of shoes can be a life-changing event for a child. School attendance, self-esteem and behavior improve. Physical activity increases. Smiles return. All from an often over-looked item—a good pair of shoes. Our vision is that, one day, every child in America who needs new shoes gets new shoes, allowing all children the opportunity to reach their highest potential.

CHOSA's mission is to identify and support communities and community-based organizations (CBOs) that reach out and take care of orphans and other vulnerable children in South Africa. CHOSA takes a holistic and non-directive approach to community development which helps empower other marginalized people in these communities. Moreover, through community participation and ownership of the development process, CHOSA promotes local action, self-empowerment, and peer-to-peer networking as essential strategies for community-driven development. We do this by providing five major services to the projects with whom we partner: Once-off grants, Ongoing grants, Capacity building, Networking, and After-school programs. Driven by the principle that communities should own their development process, we provide our partners with unrestricted funding and a supportive relationship that promotes autonomous decision-making.

WeForest's mission is to demonstrate and advocate that trough the planting of millions of trees, well planned reforestation can be the solution to today's biggest challenge: global warming. The organization is promoting scientific research on forests a well as climate. WeForest is continuously developing the Make Earth Cooler movement and engaging the greatest brands and their millions of customers to act for climate.

Golden Heart Ranch (GHR) provides young adults with intellectual and development disabilities opportunities to reach their fullest potentials and enjoy meaningful, satisfying and joyful lives. We are an inclusive community where all young adults learn, work and create lifelong friendships in a supportive and caring environment.

SOC-F raises money for one incredibly worthwhile purpose: to provide medical, financial, and other support to SOF members and their families in ways that are often not met through other sources–what we call the “gaps.”

CoachArt’s mission is to create a transformative arts and athletics community for families impacted by childhood chronic illness. Children living with chronic illness may feel isolated because of their condition. Frequent hospital visits and deficient immune systems often cause them to miss time in school and recreational activities. Families, overwhelmed by the cost and demands of ongoing medical care, often lack the resources to seek out or afford extracurricular activities. Healthy siblings are affected too when family resources are focused on a chronically ill child. CoachArt supports these families by offering free recreational lessons that bring a sense of normalcy back into their lives. Since 2001, CoachArt has matched volunteer coaches with students for one-on-one or group lessons in arts and athletics. Our vision is that one day every family impacted by chronic illness will be connected to a community of support and an opportunity to learn and grow together.

Their mission is to fight hunger by engaging, educating empowering our community. As one of the largest Food Banks in the southeast, distributing more than 50 million pounds of food annually, they provide food primarily to children and youth (about 50%), but food recipients also include low-income families, senior citizens and the homeless. 95% of total budget is used toward programs. The Food Bank also operates several community projects to aid our agencies in community building, technical assistance and advocacy efforts.

A Precious Child assists children and families facing difficult life challenges such as abuse and neglect, crisis situations and poverty. We work with more than 400 agency partners throughout eight Denver Metro counties [Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, Broomfield, Denver, Douglas, Jefferson and Weld] to identify children and families in the most need of our services. Our core initiatives help build the whole child. In addition to meeting basic human needs through our Resource Center and Boutiques (satellite resource centers), we also help children and their families navigate community resources. This work is done through our COR (Child Outcomes Resource) Center where our Child Outcomes Advocates provide personalized case management to disadvantaged and displaced children and families, connecting them with needed resources, services, opportunities and educational support. The mission of God's Love We Deliver is to improve the health and well-being of men, women and children living with HIV/AIDS, cancer and other life-altering illnesses by alleviating hunger and malnutrition. We prepare and deliver nutritious, high-quality meals to people who, because of their illness, are unable to provide or prepare meals for themselves. We also provide illness-specific nutrition education and counseling to our clients and families, care providers and other service organizations. All of our services are provided free of charge without regard to income.

City Harvest exists to end hunger in communities throughout New York City. We do this through food rescue and distribution, education, and other practical, innovative solutions.

Established in 1977, Fulfillment Fund works to make college a reality for students growing up in educationally and economically under-resourced communities. Together, we build pathways to college, navigate educational barriers, create support networks, and empower future leaders.
