Horizons for Homeless Children improves the lives of young homeless children in Massachusetts and helps their families to succeed by providing high quality early education, opportunities for play, and comprehensive family support services. To support our mission, we also advocate on behalf of young children, train educators and human services providers, and provide research on the impact of early education on homeless children.

The Home's mission is to help vulnerable children and their families build permanent, positive change. Each year, our community-based programs and residences meet the needs of more than 15,000 diverse youngsters and family members. These children are often society’s most vulnerable, victims of trauma, violence or shattered family lives. We ensure their emotional, social, educational and physical well- being from birth to age 26 through a dedicated team of professionals and a wide range of critical services. As a result, disadvantaged kids have safe surroundings, loving relationships and a secure path toward tomorrow.

The mission of Kansas City Hospice and Palliative Care is to bring expert care, peace of mind, comfort, guidance, and hope to people who are affected by life-limiting illness or by grief. Dementia Society raises awareness and education across the United States and Canada for the syndrome known as Dementia (including Alzheimer's disease, Vascular Dementia, Lewy body, FTD, and other causes). We connect families to local resources; create meaningful therapeutic moments for those living with Dementia and their caregivers through non-medical programs that include music, movement, and the arts. We recognize and invest in outstanding Dementia care, innovation, and research.

DAV is dedicated to a single purpose: keeping our promise to America’s veterans. Pajama Program's mission is to promote and support and comforting bedtime routine and healthy sleep for all children to help them thrive. Pajama Program provides new pajamas and storybooks, sleep health education, and caring connections to help make bedtime better for children facing adversity and their caregivers. Through innovative, nationwide programming and focused efforts in New York City, Atlanta, and metro-Detroit, Pajama Program makes a comforting bedtime routine and a good night's sleep more accessible. Pajama Program meets its mission with the help of a national network of volunteers, generous donors, and thousands of community-based organizations across the United States, including Puerto Rico. Since 2001, Pajama Program has delivered over 7.5 million Good Nights for Good Days.
