Our Mission: To spark curiosity, enhance understanding, and inspire conservation of our Blue Planet.Located within Odiorne Point State Park, Seacoast Science Center provides educational experiences on behalf of New Hampshire State Parks and have been connecting people to the wonders of our coast since 1992. Our live animal exhibits feature the amazing creatures that live in the rapidly changing Gulf of Maine ecosystem. Our engaging programs make learning about the ocean fun for everyone, from pre-K to senior rediscovery. Our hands-on science exhibits motivate families to become caretakers of our Blue Planet.We also operate the Seacoast Science Center Marine Mammal Rescue program, responding to marine mammals along the coast of NH and northern MA.

The Connecticut Science Center is dedicated to inspiring lifelong learning through interactive and innovative experiences that explore our changing world through science.We strive to create an engaging and sustainable science center that serves families and schools and has a significant impact on student and adult learning in Connecticut. We seek to develop the minds of future thinkers and inventors who will compete in the ever-expanding global marketplace for technology and innovation. And we endeavor to create a Connecticut workforce that meets the projected growth of jobs in science-related fields.

The Paleontological Research Institution pursues and integrates education and research, and interprets the history and systems of the Earth and its life, to increase knowledge, educate society, and encourage wise stewardship of the Earth.

The Sciencenter is a hands-on science museum located in Ithaca, New York. Mission: Cultivate an engaged community of curious, collaborative, critical thinkers. Vision: A community where people use science as a way of understanding the world. At the Sciencenter, visitors can enjoy hands-on experiences related to science, technology, engineering, and math. The exhibits are designed to build science process skills and provide interactive experiences that explore topics such as the environment, climate change, astronomy, and the health of the oceans. Visitors can also explore the world around them with the help of live animals like reptiles and fish. Most of the exhibits are created in the Sciencenter’s fabrication shop by its team of exhibit developers.

MUSEUM DEVELOPMENT AND OPERATION

The official philanthropic entity for the Alamo in San Antonio, Texas, the mission of the Remember the Alamo Foundation, established in 2015, is to provide support exclusively for the Alamo and its preservation, education outreach and public programs.

The goal of B612 Foundation is to enhance our capability to protect Earth from asteroid impacts. We have done this through:Science & TechnologyPreparing studies and analyses necessary to identify, select and deploy technologies and techniques most likely to succeed in detecting and deflecting asteroids on course to impact Earth. Advocacy & EducationDelivering to the public information and education advocacy programs through media, public lectures, and other means to reach and inform the general public, the scientific community, and world governments about planetary defense and the best technological solutions against asteroid impacts.

To provide bayfront sanctuaries connecting people with air plants of the world, native nature, and our regional history.

Founded in 1984, Gumbo Limbo Nature Center is a unique cooperative project of the City of Boca Raton, the Greater Boca Raton Beach and Park District, Florida Atlantic University, and Friends of Gumbo Limbo. We are dedicated to inspire stewardship of our coastal and marine ecosystems through education, research, and conservation.

To create curiosity thru the exploration in astronomy. To get youth interested in Steam and Steam (arts added) one must get them curious. Memorization off a blackboard is in-effective BUT if one can get them curious then it is soaked up like a sponge! When people go to the observatory and use our scopes, it is eye opening and a bit of Mr. Wizard. Our handicap accessible and user friendly observatory encourages thinking outside the box.
