Lassen Family Services, Inc. is a domestic violence/ sexual assault crisis agency committed to ending abuse in our community through Prevention, Healing, Advocacy, Safety, Education, compassionate intervention, and effective partnerships with local community and social service agencies that will support and empower the participant’s journey to success.

Empower Yolo's mission is to promote safe, healthy, and resilient communities.Empower Yolo's purpose is to provide:(a) Twenty-four hour crisis intervention, emergency shelter, confidential counseling, training, legal assistance, and other services for individuals and families affected by domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, human trafficking, and child abuse;(b) Resource centers for community services to improve the health, social, educational and economic outcomes of Yolo County residents; and,(c) Community outreach and educational programs about available resources to promote health, reproductive equity, stability, and self-sufficiency for individuals and families.

Since 1987, Alameda County Court Appointed Special Advocates (ACCASA) has recruited, trained, and supported dedicated volunteers to be the constant in a foster child’s life—a person they can count on for compassion, guidance, advocacy, and information. We seek to prevent and end the cycle of domestic violence through education, outreach initiatives, public policy and advocacy strategies and collaboration with key partners. Jenesse works towards systematic changes in how local, state and federal entities can more effectively address Domestic Violence Intervention and Prevention. 60% of Jenesse's clients are children, who are the most vulnerable and voiceless victims

Our mission is to drive decarceration and systemic change by uniting communities impacted by mass incarceration, exploitative prison and jail labor, police brutality, and harmful media narratives. We aim to dismantle systemic injustices and promote a more equitable society.

The mission of Synergy Services, Inc is to strengthen the individual, family, and community through crisis intervention, shelter, counseling, advocacy, and education. Synergy provides a "lifeline for families and individuals in crisis."  Through an interconnected set of services, the agency provides individuals and families with prevention education, immediate respite from violence, and support to assist them in their ability to find and choose good options for safe and successful futures.

The mission of Jackson County CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) is to be a child's voice in court. We recruit, train, and support lay volunteers who act as advocates on behalf of the best interests of children who have experienced abuse or neglect.   We have two goals: To secure a safe, permanent home for each child. To advocate for appropriate medical, educational, and therapeutic resources while the child is under Court jurisdiction.
