By giving voice to those impacted by the crisis - families, communities, and people in recovery from addiction - we can end this public health crisis. Our community is resilient. And our voices matter.Mobilize Recovery also distributes the anti-overdose medication naloxone, conducts community overdose response trainings, and provides recovery support resources.

TMHA Mission Statement: A nonprofit organization serving San Luis Obispo and North Santa Barbara Counties, TMHA is dedicated to eliminating stigma and promoting recovery and wellness for people with mental illness through work, housing, community and family support services. Our history was born from what became the San Luis Obispo Mental Health Association - formerly known as the San Luis Obispo Mental Hygiene Society - and its partnership with the County of SLO. Thanks to a 1979 document titled "The Model for California Community Mental Health Programs," our state had enough evidence to emphasize the importance of quality mental health care, community participation, attention to rural and minority populations, and resources without barriers. From acute and emergency care to case management and outreach services, The California Model inspired state grants to incorporate a wider range of mental health care to all consumers at different stages of recovery. 25 counties ultimately received grants to establish these programs. San Luis Obispo was one of them.

VALOR Clinic Foundation provides assistance accessing benefits, and shelter to Veterans with limited or no access to care. Helps find shelter for Veterans who due to health or means are unable to find or keep shelter of their own and Post Traumatic Stress resources to Veterans through our Veterans Unstoppable program. To improve the lives of our nations Veterans. We strive to provide nation wide integrated medical care in the future. Purpose; To help Veterans and their families of all generations deal with their life challenges. Method ; Meet them where they are and flex our response to meet their needs. End State; A Veteran Community aware that someone cares about their challenges and will respond effectively with their situation in mind.

Their Mission: We inspire hope in women who were sexually abused as children or adolescents by providing healing services through retreats, survivor communities, and online resources. We empower parents and caregivers to protect children from sexual abuse through education and online resources. We make it safe to openly discuss sexual abuse through community dialogue and social awareness.

The National Alliance on Mental Illness of Sarasota and Manatee Counties works to ease the burden of people living with mental illness through education, support and advocacy.

TheConnecticut Community for Addiction Recovery (CCAR) organizes the recoverycommunity (people in recovery, family members, friends and allies) to 1) put aface on recovery and 2) provide recovery support services. By promoting recovery from alcohol and otherdrug addiction through advocacy, education and service, CCAR strives to enddiscrimination surrounding addiction and recovery, open new doors and removebarriers to recovery, maintain and sustain recovery regardless of the pathway,all the while ensuring that all people in recovery, and people seekingrecovery, are treated with dignity and respect.

The mission of the Kansas City CARE Clinic is to promote health and wellness by providing quality care, access, research and education to the underserved and all people in our community.
