All-Options, formerly Backline, uses direct service and social change strategies to promote unconditional, judgment-free support for people in all of their decisions, feelings, and experiences with pregnancy, parenting, abortion, and adoption. We recognize that these issues are complex, but one thing is certain: Everyone deserves to have all options.

Community Crisis Center, Inc. provides Safety, Hope, Advocacy, Respite and Education for those impacted by crisis and violence in Elgin, the Fox Valley Region and Illinois

Support Connection is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization. Our mission is to provide emotional, social and educational support services to women, their families and friends affected by breast and ovarian cancer. The support provided enables women to help each other and empowers them to become their own health care advocates. Our office is located in Yorktown Heights, NY, but through our toll-free telephone line, we provide support to people nationwide.

The Elk Institute specializes in treating psychological trauma in the military population but is also equipped to address general psychological health issues. The Institute is a Tampa based organization established to provide education, consultation, and treatment to the military and veteran community, at no cost to the service member.
