Children's Miracle Network saves the lives of children by raising funds and awareness for children's hospitals and foundations throughout the world. Since 1983, Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals has raised more than $5 billion—most of it $1 at a time—for 170 children’s hospitals across the United States and Canada, which, in turn, use the money where it’s needed the most. These donations have gone to support research and training, purchase equipment, and pay for uncompensated care, all to save and improve the lives of as many children as possible.

Shriners Hospitals for Children — Boston is a highly specialized pediatric surgical care center located in the heart of the city. It is considered one of the world’s preeminent hospitals in the treatment of children with severe burn injuries, complex skin conditions, and cleft lip and palate. Affiliated with Massachusetts General Hospital and verified by a joint program of the American Burn Association and the American College of Surgeons, Shriners Hospitals for Children — Boston meets all of the demanding standards for organizational structure, personnel qualifications, facilities resources and medical care services to ensure the best possible outcomes. Child Magazine has ranked The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia the best pediatric hospital in the United States for the third consecutive time. In its comprehensive 2005 survey, the magazine also rated Children's Hospital's Cardiac Center and neonatology, oncology and orthopaedics divisions No. 1 in the nation and emergency medicine No. 4. From the website: "American Lebanese Syrian Associated Charities (ALSAC) was founded by Danny Thomas in 1957 to be the fundraising and awareness organization for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, and its sole mission is to raise the funds and awareness necessary to operate and maintain the hospital. In the years ahead, an estimated 89% of the funds necessary to sustain and grow St. Jude must be raised by ALSAC from generous donors."

Portneuf Health Care Foundation's mission is to enhance and improve health in southeast Idaho and surrounding areas. Our organizational focus is:   1) Building and strengthening Portneuf Medical Center.   2) Investing in the promotion of health in our region through organized, thoughtful stewardship.   Together with our partners LHP Hospital Group,  the Portneuf Health Care Foundation owns Portneuf Medical Center. This joint venture governance model provides the benefits of local governance through the Foundation, and the benefits and expertise of a national leader in hospital management and capital through LHP.  We believe this joint ownership and governance structure to be the most effective governance structure in hospitals today.

RMF’s founding in 2005 was based on a disaster relief initiative providing immediate relief to the victims of the December 2004 Tsunami in Southeast Asia, and over the years has continued providing relief to the victims of disasters in Pakistan, Kenya, Mozambique, Myanmar/Burma, Peru, Haiti, Japan, Phillippines, Nepal, South Sudan and the United States.  Always striving to be fast, lean, and effective, RMF works hand in hand with local populations to ensure aid goes where it is needed most. Many of our disaster relief projects have turned into successful longer term development projects as we always aim to stay until we leave a sustainable impact, build capacity and are not needed anymore.

Hackley School is an independent, college-preparatory, non-sectarian, day and boarding school for students in kindergarten through twelfth grade. Founded in 1899, it became co-educational in 1970. Hackley challenges students to grow in character, scholarship and accomplishment, to offer unreserved effort, and to learn from our community's varying perspectives and backgrounds. Hackley believes that students will grow in character and responsibility by participating in structured activity that serves the needs of people outside the spheres of home and school. By committing their energy, time, and imagination to serving those needs, students can experience the satisfaction of helping others and can gain some appreciation of the complexity and concerns of the larger community.
