Almost Home Kids provides transitional care in a home-like setting for children with complex medical needs, as well as training and respite care for their families. Funded entirely through community donations, Almost Home Kids is a 12-bedroom, 21,000-square-foot home. Almost Home Kids is part of OSF HealthCare Children’s Hospital of Illinois, a 501c3 not-for-profit organization within the OSF Healthcare System, relying on the philanthropic support of the community to make our house a home.
