Nearly five years ago, Boston was changed forever when a beautiful Marathon Monday turned into a senseless tragedy. Gillian Reny, then a high school senior, was one of the 39 critically injured patients rushed to Brigham and Women’s Hospital (BWH), where doctors and nurses saved her life and both of her legs. In gratitude to BWH, the Reny family established The Gillian Reny Stepping Strong Center for Trauma Innovation with a mission of transforming outcomes for civilian and military heroes worldwide who have suffered devastating traumatic injuries. To date, the center has raised more than $12 million. But much more needs to be done. Although trauma accounts for 41 million emergency department visits a year, funding for trauma research and care remains scarce. When you support a member of the 2018 BWH Stepping Strong Marathon Team, you are helping BWH turn tragedy into hope for trauma patients like Gillian so they can regain their strength and ability to step strong once again. The mission of Camillus House is to provide hospitality and respect for life through direct services of food, clothing, shelter, addiction counseling, behavioral health and job training, and health care to the poor and homeless of South Florida.

HealthLink Dental Clinic is a free dental clinic for low-income, working adults and veterans who live in Bucks and Montgomery County (Southeastern Pennsylvania). We provide free oral health services including exams, cleanings, x-rays, fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns all on-site at our location on Street Road in Southampton. HealthLink is a full-time clinic; we are open five days a week with evening availability on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Last year, 2,004 adults in our community received free care at our clinic resulting in 2,671 dental appointments provided at no-cost to patients but with a total value of $760,980.

The mission of the International Children's Heart Foundation (ICHF) is to bring the skills, technology and knowledge to cure and care for children with congenital heart disease in developing nations. ICHF does this regardless of country of origin, race, religion or gender. Our goal is to make the need for ICHF obsolete. We work toward this goal through our medical mission trips, where we operate on children and educate local healthcare professionals.

Advancing patient-centered care in rural Africa. VISION: Healthier communities in rural Tanzania, where individuals from all walks of life have access to quality medical care and frontline healthcare workers have the resources they need to treat disease and save lives. OUR MAJOR AREAS OF FOCUS ARE: Operation of FAME Medical, a medical facility in the district of Karatu, Tanzania. Operation of a mobile medical service to remotely located communities in Karatu. Continuing medical education and mentoring for our front-line healthcare workers. Educational sponsorships for aspiring Tanzanian doctors and nurses.

Our goal is to create sustainable and effective cancer screening programs with a primary focus on the early detection of cervical cancer, a leading cause of death among women in low-resource areas around the world.

As a clean water charity, we are passionate about bringing improved health and clean water for Africa - specifically for our friends in Uganda and Kenya. We believe that health and education are inseparable so we empower communities by integrating sanitation and hygiene education with a simple and sustainable water treatment technology called Solar Disinfection - otherwise known as SODIS.
