We provide high-quality services to ensure that all children with disabilities or other special needs and their families have equal opportunities to live, learn, work and play in their communities. Vision: every family will have access to community resources that will strengthen and allow them to achieve self-sufficiency. Every child will start school healthy and ready to learn.
