Hope Loves Company supports children and young adult caregivers affected by a loved one’s ALS diagnosis by providing emotional and educational resources. They run free programs (including overnight Camp HLC), peer support, care packages, scholarships and family events to help kids process grief, build resilience, and find community.

Chicago South Side Birth Center is a nonprofit, Black midwife–led birth center initiative that aims to expand culturally centered, evidence‑based midwifery and reproductive health services on Chicago’s South Side. Its work focuses on improving maternal and infant outcomes, increasing community access to prenatal/postpartum care, and promoting whole‑health wellness and birth equity.

To respond to the needs of people in New Jersey who are affected by Alzheimer's disease and other dementias, by providing programs and community partnerships that increase awareness and access to services.

AWB's mission is to interrupt the devastating effects of trauma by reducing suffering and helping individuals and communities find greater balance and resiliency. We use community-style ear acupuncture as a powerful, simple, safe way of helping people "reset" their nervous systems to a greater state of calm, quiet and clarity. When a group experiences this relief from chaos, hope, determination and resiliency can begin to be restored, which allows communities to move forward.

One Mind funds and accelerates collaborative scientific research, partnerships, and programs to improve brain and mental health outcomes. The organization supports research, workplace and community initiatives, and public engagement to advance understanding, prevention, and recovery for people affected by brain illnesses and injuries.

Leader Dogs for the Blind breeds and trains dogs (and future owners) to assist the blind. Our mission is empowering people who are blind or visually impaired with lifelong skills for safe and independent daily travel. The foundation invests in the potential of 2SLGBTQ+ communities — especially LGBTQ women, girls, and other historically excluded groups — by providing rapid-response community grants, scholarships (e.g., for queer youth camps), and programs to improve health, economic justice, and representation. Its work includes building an LGBTQ+ Healthcare Directory and supporting grassroots organizations across the U.S. and Canada.

Orbis is a leading global non-governmental organization that has worked to transform lives through the prevention and treatment of blindness for over 35 years. With our network of partners, we mentor, train and inspire local teams so they can save sight in their communities. Alongside those partners, Orbis provides hands-on ophthalmology training, strengthens healthcare infrastructure and advocates for the prioritization of eye health on public health agendas. Orbis operates the world's only Flying Eye Hospital, a fully accredited ophthalmic teaching hospital on board an MD-10 aircraft.

THE CORPORATION WILL PROVIDE FREE CONSULT & INFORMATION SERVICES TO FAMILIES OF INDIVIDUALS OR INDIVIDUALS WITH VELO-CARDIO-FACIAL SYNDROME (VCFS), CRANIOFACIAL DISORDERS AND GENETIC SYNDROMES AND THE CLINICIANS WHO ARE TREATING PEOPLE WITH THESE DISORDERS IN ORDER TO PROVIDE THEM WITH THE LATEST INFORMATION ABOUT THEIR DISORDERS, RELEVANT RESEARCH AND TREATMENT OUTCOMES. THE ORGANIZATION WILL PROVIDE A FORUM FOR DISCUSSION OF THE PROBLEMS, TREATMENTS, AND RECENT ADVANCEMENTS ASSOCIATED WITH VCFS, CRANIOFACIAL DISORDERS, GENETIC SYNDROMES AND THEIR MANAGEMENT. THESE SERVICES WILL BE PROVIDED AT NO COST TO THOSE SEEKING INFORMATION AND WILL SUPPORTED BY CHARITABLE DONATIONS.

To provide a platform for citizens, supporters, and community stakeholders to improve outcomes for sudden cardiac arrest victims through empowering education, widespread distribution of defibrillators in public locations, and activation of citizen first responders to confidently and capably provide early care when needed.

Brain tumors are now the leading cause of cancer deaths of children and young adults. The emotional and financial devastation it causes to families is unacceptable. The cure will eventually be found. We intend to speed up the process by speeding up the exchange of information - networking with the researchers, patient groups and other nonprofits; raising money for research; advocating for change;  hosting conferences and running research projects.   Until that happens, we will help support families dealing with brain tumors by educating them on the choices they have to make, help find options for them, and even help them get access to the treatments they need with both our advocacy program and our copayment assistance program
