The Texas Families Cluster of Care program model is a series of programs that provides access to diapers, incontinence supplies and other goods through direct services and in partnership with other non-profit agencies. Our partner agency model is unique in that the Texas Diaper Bank assures that partner agencies receive a monthly supply of diapers and other goods, so that they can provide a continuum of services and have real impact.
