The mission of the HHT Foundation International is to find a cure for HHT while saving the lives and improving the well-being of individuals and families affected by HHT.

The Chicago Hispanic Health Coalition’s mission is to promote healthy behavior and prevent chronic disease and health disparities in the Hispanic communities of metropolitan Chicago. The mission of the PCOS Awareness Association (PCOSAA) is inform the public about Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome by providing information and resources for women to get tested, as well as providing support for women diagnosed with PCOS. PCOSAA’s goals are to:Prepare and assist women with the information and resources needed to get tested. Communicate information about PCOS to the public and women with PCOSAssist women with PCOS to Overcome their symptoms and lessen related health risksProvide a Support network to freely and openly discuss all aspects of PCOS

The National Kidney Foundation, a major voluntary nonprofit health organization, is dedicated to preventing kidney and urinary tract diseases through preventive screenings, improving the health and well-being of individuals and families affected by kidney disease through direct patient aid and increasing the availability of all organs for transplantation.
