Nashua Children's Home is committed to the care, welfare and educational achievement of children and youth within its Residential and Educational Programs, and the successful transition to adult living of young men and women in its Transitional Living Program. Nashua Children's Home provides care and stability to boys and girls unable to remain with their families, special education services for students who have not been successful in public school settings, and supportive housing for youth that have "aged-out" of care.

We strive to rescue, protect and restore the lives of young ladies who are victims of sexual and domestic trafficking. It is our goal to not only provide a safe environment but also equip them to develop their fullest potential and to live out their God-given purpose. We are committed to ending sexual exploitation and trafficking of children by changing individual lives and revolutionizing the public's perception.

New Vision for Independence is committed to excellence in providing rehabilitation, community education, and support services for people with low vision or blindness and their families to promote independence, acceptance, and self-confidence.

We are working to build a residential community focused on meeting the needs of adults with intellectual disabilities. We aim to include other population groups as well in our community.

Hudson Pride Connections Center (HPCC) is a home and voice for the diverse LGBTQ community and our allies that advocates for our physical, mental, social and political well-being. We create safe and vibrant spaces to gather and celebrate our lives. HPCC is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, non-governmental, community organization situated in the Journal Square neighborhood in Jersey City, one of the most vibrant and diverse cities in this country and home to the largest LGBTQ community in New Jersey. Hudson Pride was established in 1993 to serve as an advocate for both the LGBTQ and HIV/AIDS communities in Hudson County and more than 20 years later, we are still delivering a wide array of services, programs and events to meet their on-going needs. Our programs and services include LGBTQ support groups for youth, young adults, middle adults and seniors, specialized groups for HIV+ gay men, transgender individuals and women of color, community training and education focused on helping provider agencies to deliver LGBT and HIV competent services, LGBTQ health education, HIV outreach services, social service linkages and advocacy.

Our Mission is to provide support, education and resources that promote healthy lifestyles, decrease health disparities and increase access to quality health care.

Girls Giving For Good is a non-profit created by 12-year-old Olivia C. Allen, aimed at teaching youth about community service and providing unique opportunities for them to give back.

Pull-thru Network, Inc. is a volunteer-based non-profit organization dedicated to providing information, education, support and advocacy for families, children, teens and adults who are living with the challenges of congenital anorectal, colorectal, and/or urogenital disorders and any of the associated diagnoses.

Every 14 seconds, a child is orphaned by AIDS in sub-Saharan Africa. Nyumbani serves these abandoned children in Kenya, providing a loving home, medical services and community-based care in the slum communities of Nairobi. Nyumbani Village is a self-sustaining community to serve orphans and elders who have been left behind by the "lost generation" of the AIDS pandemic.

The mission of the TGen Foundation is to positively impact the lives of patients and their families by accelerating TGen's efforts to make and translate genomic discoveries into advances in human health.

AccessCNY offers person-centered services that empower individuals of all ages and abilities to reach their full potential as part of our shared community. Services are provided with dedication, compassion, innovation, and commitment.AccessCNY provides services to over 3,000 individuals in five primary areas: programs for individuals with developmental disabilities or acquired brain injuries (ABI), services for those with mental health issues, clinical services for those with disabilities, preschool education and Consumer Directed Homecare. All services empower individuals to reach their unique level of independence.

Our mission is to provide comfort care at the end of life. We believe that a life fully lived, no matter how long, should include an end-of-life experience of comfort, dignity, and peace. Our goal is to keep each patient as comfortable and independent as possible, while supporting the emotional and spiritual needs of our patients and their loved ones. We were the first non-profit Hospice in the area and one of the first 100 Hospices in the nation. Our founders were a group of dedicated doctors, nurses and community volunteers that began providing care to the dying on their own time. Our organization began in 1979 before there was insurance reimbursement for Hospice care and this dedication to our patients remains our culture to this day. Ionia Area Hospice approached Hospice of Lansing joined forces and a formal partnership was formed in 1984. Should the time come when it is no longer possible for a patient to remain at home, Stoneleigh Residence is a unique, comfortable, peaceful, and home-like alternative. Surrounded by gardens, a cascading pond, trees and wildlife, the Residence is designed to take full advantage of the natural beauty of its wooded 20-acre site. We are a true community-based Hospice, created out of necessity and driven by our mission to serve all by bringing kindness, respect and quality to the end-of-life. Hospice of Lansing, Stoneleigh Residence and Ionia Area Hospice provide pain management and personal care, respite care, emotional and spiritual support for patients, volunteer support and grief support for family members after the loss.
