The West African Health Foundation (WAHF) is a non-profit, non-governmental organization formed by a group of physicians concerned with the poor health and nutritional status of the people, particularly children and women, of the West African sub-region.

The mission of Rocky Mountain Down Syndrome Association is to assure inclusion and enhance independence of people with Down syndrome. We will achieve this by providing education, resources and support in partnership with individuals, families, professionals, and the community.

We Promote Health is a Howard County, Maryland based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. This is achieved by: Developing strategic community partnerships   Serving as a leader in coordinating community-wide initiatives to motivate all stake holders     to focus on wellness, in the broadest sense, by leveraging all of our assets, relationships and resources.   Providing on-going opportunities for stake holders to become engaged and stay engaged. Providing an opportunity for other wellness organizations and professionals, who share the same spirit of giving, a platform to improve lives through physical activity, nutrition and health education.

Help-A-Heart is a non-profit organization (501(c)3) that Melissa Hooper & Emily Graber co-founded on May 9, 2006, to solely benefit children with congenital heart defects (CHD’s) who are hospitalized during a surgery or other health related issues for an extended period of time. Both women are directly affected by this because they have sons that were born in 2005 with a CHD.

to improve the quality of life of those affected by sickle cell disease by promoting advocacy, education, research and excellent healthcare delivery.

To promote a multinational LGBTQ+ network dedicated to improving health and wellness opportunities, economic empowerment, and equal rights while promoting individual and collective work, responsibility, and self-determination.

Facilitate independence, enrich the quality of life, and empower individuals who are visually impaired or otherwise disabled through prevention, employment and educational awareness programs.

Caring for the needs of Children and Families in crisis and preparing them for success in life, thereby strengthening the Quality of Life in the Communities we serve.
