The AAA Foundation for Traffic Safety is dedicated to saving lives and reducing injuries on our roads. The impact of traffic crashes is felt by every person and every family, in every state across our country. Each year, more than 33,000 lives are lost and 3,000,000 injuries are sustained, all at an economic cost of more than $230 billion. We aim to identify problems, foster research that seeks solutions, and disseminate information and educational materials that promote good traffic safety practices.

Hunter’s Hope Foundation was established to address the acute need for information and research with respect to Krabbe Disease and related Leukodystrophies. In addition, we strive to support and encourage those afflicted and their families as they struggle to endure, adjust and cope with the demands of these fatal illnesses. Accordingly, our mission is four-fold: • To broaden public awareness of Krabbe Disease & other Leukodystrophies thus increasing the probability of early detection &treatment.• To gather and provide current, functional information and service linkages to families of children with Leukodystrophies.• To fund research efforts that will identify new treatments, therapies and ultimately, a cure for Krabbe Disease and other Leukodystrophies.• To establish an alliance of hope that will nourish, affirm and confront the urgent need for medical, financial and emotional support of family members and those afflicted with Leukodystrophies.Among the essential goals, founders Jim and Jill Kelly, seek to inspire an appreciation of all children and express a thankful heart towards God for these precious gifts of life. Tackling the water crisis by funding, supporting and advocating for community WASH (water, sanitation & hygiene) programs in Sub-Saharan Africa. Their mission is to increase awareness of WASH challenges and solutions, and most importantly convert that heightened awareness into ACTION.

We are the largest nonprofit dedicated to funding research aimed at treating and ultimately curing EB, a group of devastating and life-threatening genetic skin disorders that affect children from birth. Leading researchers say treatments and a cure for EB are within reach—for Shane, Ryan, Jackson, Michael, Jennifer and every other person suffering from this horrific condition. Though we have made significant progress, we need much greater resources in our pursuit of a cure.  

First Candle is committed to ending Sudden Infant Death Syndrome and other sleep-related infant deaths while providing bereavement support to families who have experienced a loss.
