Hana spent her entire professional career assisting hair-loss clientele and operating a successful hair and wig salon. Suddenly she was faced with her own "journey of one thousand miles." Nineteen years ago a series of fundraisers organized by a loving family member, friends and compassionate strangers were held to raise financial support to help pay insurmountable medical bills for an advanced stage breast cancer patient. That patient was Hana. Humbled by the outpouring of support and love of so many people, Hana realized that the concept of "Hana's Hope" would be a perfect vehicle to "Pay It Forward," especially for clients with few or no financial resources. Hana has worked with many top oncology departments and hospitals in the Denver Metro area, including Children's Hospital, St. Joseph's Hospital, Boulder Community Hospital and Rose Medical Center. She has built a reputation as one of the most prestigious self-imaging services for clients who face hair loss and changed skin conditions resulting from medical issues.

Raise awareness of the dangers of melanoma cancer and to raise the level of research, early detection, and prevention efforts in the community.

The Jennie Goas Silverman Foundation was created with love by some of Jennie's closest friends to honor her spirit, sparkle and brilliance. Jennie was diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer in June of 2016 and fought a hard battle with this devastating disease until she passed away on May 20, 2017. Jennie was a special person who impacted the lives of the people she touched. First and foremost she was a daughter, sister, wife and friend, and she always took those roles seriously. Next, she was a teacher, a high school math teacher in the CPS system. She was beautiful inside and out, she was generous, she was brilliant, she was humble and she was kind. These qualities have inspired us to create this foundation and continue to help her spirit live on through philanthropy. The Jennie Goas Silverman Foundations fundraising efforts have a dual approach: 1) Raise funds to award a qualified senior year student(s) in the communities Jennie taught with a scholarship to attend a 4-year college. 2) Raise funds and awareness for Triple Negative Breast Cancer research. Through our mission we hope to give back to the community Jennie lived and worked in and continue to fight in her honor to find a cure for triple negative breast cancer.

The goal of the New York Cancer Center is to provide patients with the knowledge, hope and support that will empower them to take an active role in their treatment and healing options.

Assisting families throughout the Delaware Valley whose children ages birth through 21 are battling cancer. We help families whose children are on and off treatment as well as bereaved families with over 20 various programs, services and special opportunities & events. We believe it is vital to help families with emotional support so they know they aren't along in a battle a family would ever want to face.

Cancer Response Team, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to helping children get supportive cancer care. We do so by providing their families with financial assistance for integrative and complementary cancer therapies from time of diagnosis up to six months post treatment.

To raise childhood cancer awareness and provide items of comfort and support for children and families while they are fighting cancer in and out of the hospital.

The mission of the Hope Cancer Resources Foundation is to provide financial support for the programs and services of Hope Cancer Resources.

Maine Cancer Foundation is dedicated to reducing cancer incidence and mortality rates in Maine. 100% of the funds raised are used to benefit the people of Maine. We lead a state-wide effort to advance the most promising and effective cancer-fighting tools available, through a combination of grant-based financial support and coalition building. We invest in prevention to stop cancer before it starts, early detection to find cancer when it is treatable and beatable, and access to the best possible care regardless of income or geography.

Camp Ta-Kum-Ta provides challenging, extraordinary experiences in a safe and loving environment for children who have or have had cancer and their families. Camp existes for Vermont and Northern New York children (including other out-of-state children who are treated in Vermont), at no cost to their families.

The mission of the Pan-Massachusetts Challenge is to raise money for life-saving cancer care and research at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute through its Jimmy Fund. The catalyst for the fundraising effort is a bike-a-thon that crosses the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Committed cyclists, volunteers, corporate sponsors, and individual financial contributors are essential to the PMC achieving this goal. Since its founding in 1980, the PMC has been increasingly successful in mobilizing the support of all these constituencies. We strive to inspire even more proponents of our cause and intend the money we raise to afford Dana-Farber's doctors and researchers the resources necessary to discover cures for all cancers.
