Our mission is to find a effective treatments and ultimately a cure for fragile X syndrome, the most common inherited cause of autism. We directly fund research grants and fellowships at top universities around the world. FRAXA was founded in 1994 by three parents of children with fragile X. Fragile X Syndrome is the most common inherited cause of autism and intellectual disabilities. It affects 1 in 4000 boys and 1 in 6000 girls worldwide, and one in 260 women and 1 in 800 men are carriers. Treatments for fragile X are likely to help people affected by related disorders including autism, Alzheimers, and many other brain disorders.

The Orthopaedic Foundation for Active Lifestyles encourages general practitioners and other members of the professional allied health care community whose practices include the care of persons with sports-related musculoskeletal injuries to participate in educational courses and hands-on laboratory workshops concerning advances in orthopaedic surgery, physical medicine and rehabilitation.   The Foundation is dedicated to the development and presentation of unique continuing medical education and research programs for physicians, health care professionals and interested community groups. Its focus is:

Lifeline was founded by HRH Crown Princess Katherine in order to provide critically needed humanitarian aid to the neediest people of Serbia.Our goal is to reduce and relieve the suffering of physically and mentally disabled children, orphans, the elderly as well as to improve medical facilities in the country.

Impact Network is a U.S.-based charitable organization that provides successful technology based education solutions in rural Africa. We believe every child deserves access to a quality education. By empowering local teachers with tablets loaded with activity-based lessons and intensive training on the use of the technology, we make this possible. We developed the eSchool 360 system as a way to sustain high-quality education for less than $5 a month per student.
