We support a community informed and engaged with the issues and ready to act. We expect leaders and decision makers to learn, understand and act appropriately for citizens and the land, above the influence of outside and exploitive interests. Collaborating with like-minded groups within and beyond our area, we support the best science-based practices for managing resources. We tell the compelling natural and cultural story of our mountain, as we invite and activate people to appreciate and explore it.

The mission of Long Live the Kings is to restore wild salmon and steelhead and support sustainable fishing in the Pacific Northwest.

Harpeth Conservancy is a science-based conservation organization whose mission is to restore and protect clean water and healthy ecosystems for rivers in Tennessee. Our rivers, including the Harpeth, are part of the unique river systems of the Southeast, which contain some of the greatest variety of aquatic life in the world. Harpeth Conservancy protects these vital resources by employing scientific expertise and collaborative relationships to develop, promote and support broad community stewardship and action.

Our mission is to protect and enhance the environmental and recreational integrity of the Yampa River and its tributaries, through stewardship, advocacy, education and partnerships.

The Coalition to Restore Coastal Louisiana is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to drive bold, science-based action to sustain a dynamic coastal Louisiana through engagement and advocacy. Recognizing that Louisiana’s coastal land-loss will have dramatic impacts on the nation’s energy, navigation and fisheries interests, CRCL works at the state, local and federal level to ensure that restoring and protecting coastal Louisiana is a top priority for our state and the nation. We facilitate and fund actual restoration projects and we work diligently to raise awareness and educate others about the importance of preserving and restoring coastal Louisiana.

Saha gets the cleanest water to the poorest people. We work in rural Northern Region Ghana where we set up entrepreneurial women with chlorinating businesses that provide clean water that all can afford.

The League to Save Lake Tahoe is dedicated to protecting, restoring, and advocating for the ecosystem health and scenic beauty of the Lake Tahoe Basin. The organization focuses on water quality and its clarity for the preservation of a pristine Lake for future generations.

From the website: "Our goal is clean and healthy Virginia Beach waterways and our objectives are: • To identify and reduce sources of contamination in our waterways. That includes reducing nutrients, sediments, and chemicals that run off of our lawns, parking lots, roadways, farmland, and out of our septic systems. • To educate and engage the community and partner organizations in restoring and protecting our waterways and natural areas. • To restore lost habitats such as oyster reefs, salt marshes, native plants, forests, and other buffers that help to filter polluted runoff and protect our waterways and their marine life."
