Crossing Borders (CB) is a non-profit, non-partisan civil society organisation. The vision of CB is a world in peace with itself in which diversity is celebrated. The mission is to create dialogue space toward such a world and to build the capacity of youth, media workers and educators to realise the above vision. The overall goal is to enable people with different backgrounds to learn to live together on equal terms. Crossing Borders started as a project in 1999 in Denmark in support of meaningful dialogue between the conflict parties in the Middle East. In response to increased activities and demands for the CB concept and services, it was transformed, in 2004, into a dynamic organization with activities in Denmark and abroad.

The Nokwe Creative Development Foundation, founded by Tu Nokwe and her parents in 1976, nurtures children and youth through the arts in South Africa. Its flagship program, Amajika, offers workshops and cultural exchanges in music, dance, and storytelling, promoting cultural heritage, addressing social issues, and supporting young creatives across Africa and the diaspora.

Communities In Schools champions the connection of needed community resources with schools to help young people successfully learn, stay in school, and prepare for life - communities in schools is a network of nonprofit organizations focused on improving student and school success by providing needed support and services to students and schools our ultimate goal is to see that all students are successful in school and complete their education at least through high schools.

Our mission is to improve the lives of Palestinian children and other children in crisis through development and emergency relief.

The GOD'S CHILD Project's mission is "to break the bitter chains of poverty through education, housing and healthcare." While GOD'S CHILD is rooted in education and health-care, we aim to support the communities we serve at every level of development. Through our wide range of programs, we help children and families living in extreme poverty to meet their basic needs and find a restored sense of hope, self-worth and human dignity. Religious affiliation is not a requirement for any program services.

Mission 2030: Together with working life and vet-education network partners, we develop vocational skills and improve their appreciation. We aim for growth, excellence in skills and a sustainable future. Skills Finland promotes the appreciation of Finnish vocational education and skills both in Finland and abroad. Skills Finland and its partners train and send Team Finland to the international WorldSkills, EuroSkills and Abilympics competitions and organise the national Taitaja competition. The goal of the association is to raise the profile and visibility of vocational education and training and professional skills in society, improve the educational outcomes of vocational education and training and promote students' interest in the continuous development of professional skills and independent entrepreneurship.

Die Tafel Osterreich is an independent and non-denominational environmental and community aid association. In 2023 Die Tafel Osterreich emerged from Wiener Tafel, the oldest Food Bank in Austria. In Austria every year about 1.000.000 tons of food is wasted. At the same time over 1,5 million people are endangered of becoming poor or already live in poverty. Almost a quarter of these are children and young people who are at risk of poverty or exclusion. Die Tafel Osterreich - der Verein fur sozialen Transfer has taken on the task of fighting poverty, food insecurity, and food waste. Inspired by the concept of food banks in Germany, our organization has been saving and redistributing food for over 25 years. In doing so we have become part of a close-meshed network of the social landscape, economy, science, and civil society to effectively tackle the issues of food insecurity and food waste. Today we serve approximately 75.000 people living in poverty in charities such as women's shelters, homeless shelters, refugee homes, The range of charities supported by the Die Tafel Osterreich is as wide and colourful as the organization itself. Through our ongoing cooperation and exchange with a great number of established Austrian charities, we are constantly shaping the social landscape. Considering the extremely high number of perfectly good food going to waste, this process causes CO2-emissions that are permanently threatening our environment. Since we are saving approximately 4 tons of food every day from unnecessarily being thrown away, we play an active part in saving on emissions - a crucial factor in fighting climate change. The image of food banks has changed rapidly over the past few years. They have become a place where more than supplies are being exchanged, a place for social encounters, constant dialogue, and inclusion. A total of 290 volunteers, also from companies, with various backgrounds and stories are supporting the Tafel Osterreich each year, contributing immensely to an open-minded and inclusive atmosphere. At the same time, it is essential to promote an appreciative use of food at various levels of society and to enable a constructive discourse on the connection between poverty and nutrition. For an all-encompassing approach to end social injustice and the waste of perfectly edible food we believe it is therefore crucial to raise awareness on a broad social basis. That is why we further distribute our knowledge and practical experience through low-threshold projects to help people to learn and discover for themselves.

Together with families and communities, we create joyful, academically excellent schools that prepare students with the skills and confidence to pursue the paths they choose — college, career, and beyond — so they can lead fulfilling lives and build a more just world.
