82nd Street Academics complements public education in New York City so that students, regardless of home language, will have access to quality public higher education.

The Big Barn Preschool provides a loving and nurturing learning environment that enhances intellectual, social, physical, emotional and spiritual growth. Children, who are special gifts from God, are to be loved, respected, and offered challenges that foster interactive learning. Their goal is to collaborate with parents to help develop their child’s sense of independence and a positive self-image.

Their mission is to provide quality care for children in the New Holland area, while their parents work, and to support the individual needs of every child

The Model School’s mission is to provide a true alternative for parents who know that children can’t wait and who want a comprehensive educational program in an ideally prepared humanistic developmental learning environment.

Hilltop School, through the use of developmentally appropriate activities, provides a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment where children can develop physically, socially, emotionally, and cognitively and where relationships are formed with other children and a network of caring adults. Their goal at Hilltop is to provide an environment filled with opportunities for children to explore and learn through fun, hands-on activities.

Children's House Montessori School's mission is to provide an educational culture that respects the child's innate desire to learn. In collaboration with parents, staff, therapists, and community, Children’s Odyssey strives to provide high quality, structured programming for children of varied developmental levels. Creatively designed activities reflect our responsiveness to children’s individual learning styles, needs, and interests while providing an engaging environment for all. Their program is holistic: nurturing and developing the mind, body, and spirit of each child.
