PROVIDE EDUCATION AND CHILD CARE FOR PRESCHOOL CHILDREN

THE PRINCIPAL PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO MAINTAIN, MANAGE AND OPERATE A NURSERY SCHOOL AND CHILD CARE CENTER FOR CHILDREN IN THE HARTFORD COUNTY AREA.

The mission of Blythedale Children’s Hospital is to improve the health and quality of life of children. Founded in 1891 and based in Westchester County, Blythedale serves over 2,000 children in the New York City region each year, treating children of all ages and backgrounds through inpatient care, outpatient and day hospital services, and community-based therapy. More than two-thirds of our inpatients are from low-income households in New York City, and we serve all families regardless of their ability to pay.  Our multidisciplinary team has the expertise to improve the outlook for children who have a wide range of medical conditions and physical trauma, such as brain injuries, cancer, cerebral palsy, organ transplants, ventilator dependency, burn recovery, and rare diseases that no other specialty hospital in New York is equipped to handle. Blythedale is also the only children’s hospital in New York State with its own public school district on site, ensuring that our young patients can experience childhood in as normal a way as possible.

The mission of the Books for Kids Foundation is to promote literacy among all children with a special emphasis on low-income and at-risk preschool-aged children. Books for Kids creates libraries, donates books, and implements literacy programs to develop the critical early foundation and skills which young children need to be successful in life.

Princeton Nursery School (PNS) is an educational preschool and child care facility for children between the ages of 2 1/2 and 5 years. Located at 78 Leigh Avenue , PNS is nestled in the heart of the John Witherspoon community of Princeton, Mercer County, NJ. Celebrating 89 years of service to the community, it is the mission of Princeton Nursery School to provide a quality preschool education program and child care for families in need, providing a diverse environment and a broad array of support services. Each classroom has a minimum two teachers, including one who is bilingual.

The mission of Children's Day School is to provide the best in high quality, affordable early childhood care and education which is enjoyable, stimulating, and age appropriate for infants and children six-weeks to five-years of age. Children's Day School is an inclusive environment. All children are accepted without regard to race, gender, religion, and ethnic origin. CDS is a co-educational, independent, and non-profit preschool.

Middleton Early Learning Center provides excellence in early childhood education in a loving, nurturing atmosphere at a cost that young families can afford. Fully accredited by the state of New Jersey, MELC seeks to foster independence, trust and self-esteem as each child develops according to his or her potential. MELC is a non-profit organization, governed by an independent board.

OUR EXTENDED DAY LEARNING PROGRAM FOCUSES ON EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION, SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT, AND CULTURAL AWARENESS FOR CHILDREN AGES 6 WEEKS THROUGH 5 YEARS OLD.
