The Jason Foundation, Inc. (JFI) is dedicated to the prevention of the “Silent Epidemic” of youth suicide through educational and awareness programs that equip young people, educators / youth workers and parents with the tools and resources to help identify and assist at-risk youth.

We believe that education should impact the heart as well as the head. We believe that true education begins and ends with the Lord Jesus Christ. We believe that Christ-centered education cannot take place without born-again teachers. We believe that all students deserve access to a quality and Christ-centered education regardless of their income or zip code. We believe that academic excellence honors and glorifies God. We believe that Christ-centered schools should be a place where children are loved and nurtured. We believe God desires to hear and answer the prayers of His people. We believe that God’s grace should characterize the culture of our school. We believe that discipleship is the true essence of teaching.

New Hope Academy was founded to provide a quality educational experience to all students within he Franklin, TN community regardless of socio-economic status, with a mission to be a Christ-centered school educating children of diverse racial and socio-economic backgrounds by establishing a biblical worldview and preparing each child to flourish academically, emotionally, socially, and spiritually.

Mission: The Texas Rangers Baseball Foundation is dedicated to improving the lives of those in our community- especially children, the military and first responders, and their families - through educational, health, and athletic programming and partnerships that bring meaningful change to our communities. Objectives: The Texas Rangers Baseball Foundation funds programming in four areas of emphasis and provides funding for other non-profit organizations that benefit youth in those same areas of emphasis. The four areas are – youth in crisis, youth health, youth baseball, and youth education.

Founded in 1983, the mission of Writers in the Schools (WITS) is to engage children in the joy and power of reading and writing. WITS was founded through the University of Houston's renowned creative writing program to bring some of our nation's most talented writers into school and community classrooms to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children. The WITS program is an effective force for educational change, integrating arts and education to ignite a love of learning in more than 400,000 children and their teachers since its founding. WITS leads an international movement for creative learning, helping children and teachers across the world explore literacy in creative ways.

The mission of the Foundation is to continue the legacy of Jim Burke's generosity by providing opportunities for students to excel by enhancing educational development and improving learning opportunities through financial resources, scholarships, grants, seed money for programs, advocacy, and matching funds.
