The mission of the Center For Leadership Development (CLD) is to foster the advancement of minority youth as future professional, business, and community leaders by providing experiences that encourage personal development and educational attainment. Our youth development programs and services are infused with our five Principles for Success: character development, educational excellence, leadership effectiveness, community service and career achievement. We serve youth from 4th grade through college completion with value-based college readiness programs, counseling and tutoring services.

The Chinese Progressive Association is a grassroots community organization which works for full equality and empowerment of the Chinese community in the Greater Boston area and beyond. Our activities seek to improve the living and working conditions of Chinese Americans and to involve ordinary community members in making decisions that affect our lives.

American Majority is a nonprofit, 501(c)(3) organization, helping put in place the nation’s new, conservative grassroots political infrastructure. We use cutting-edge training and technology to empower individuals and groups with the most effective tools for promoting liberty through limited government. Over the past eight years, American Majority has conducted over 960 trainings in 46 different states, training over 35,500 activists and candidates.

Foster Care to Success Founded in 1981, the Orphan Foundation of America (OFA)is the only national organization dedicated solely to helping older foster youth make a successful transition to adulthood. OFA's mission is to provide teens leaving foster care with scholarships, leadership development, mentoring support, and independent living skills that will enable them to become productive, self-reliant adults.

The League of Women Voters of the Cincinnati Area Education Fund works to encourage the active and informed participation of citizens in government and to increase understanding of major public policy issues.

VoteRiders is a non-partisan non-profit organization whose mission is to ensure that all citizens are able to exercise their right to vote. VoteRiders informs and helps citizens to secure their voter ID as well as inspires and supports on-the-ground organizations, local volunteers, and communities to sustain voter ID education and assistance efforts.

The Women's Congressional Policy Institute is a nonprofit, nonpartisan public policy organization whose mission is to bring women policymakers together across party lines to advance issues of importance to women and their families.

Toigo's mission is to inspire change—to advance more inclusive leadership within finance and beyond. Diversity in Finance | Access to Talent: We develop leaders and foster the career advancement of highly talented women and men throughout their MBA experience. Our 1,700 Toigo alumni are the foundation on which we have built programming to support the career ascension and retention of minority leaders in finance. Sustained Partnerships | Inclusive Leadership: Over the past 30+ years, Toigo’s partnerships have persisted during times of both abrupt change and innovation. The trust we have earned and the lessons learned allow Toigo to help organizations fulfill the promise of more inclusive workplaces through tailored strategies. Toigo’s strong relationships with industry leaders allow us to advocate on behalf of our Alumni with C-suite and corporate board aspirations, entrepreneurial passions and more. We have built a model with a conviction to encourage thinking beyond what is comfortable to what is possible.
