At the Food Bank for Larimer County, we believe no one should be hungry. Our dream is to deliver health, hope and humanity to stabilize the lives of our clients and build a vibrant community. We are a private non-profit organization and the only Feeding America clearinghouse for donated food in our county. Each year, we provide food to more than 37,500 people in need through community partnerships and hunger-relief programs. The mission of Cajun Navy Relief is to save lives. We are a group of volunteers who work tirelessly without pay while using our own personal equipment to provide immediate rescue and relief during natural disasters. Rescue and relief is our way of sharing our South Louisiana cultural tradition of neighbors helping neighbors with people in need across the United States. By integrating civilian volunteers into the Incident Command Structure, we are able to act as a force multiplier for agencies responding to disaster.

The mission of CORE Tanzania is to increase access to quality education in rural Tanzania.

Their mission is to assist local communities with the financial, emotional, and physical needs of victims of mass tragedies that occur in the state of Colorado. The Colorado Healing Fund (CHF) will serve as the single point in Colorado for the collection of public donations in the aftermath of a mass tragedy and in conjunction with community partners CHF will coordinate the disbursement of funds to victims.

AWB's mission is to interrupt the devastating effects of trauma by reducing suffering and helping individuals and communities find greater balance and resiliency. We use community-style ear acupuncture as a powerful, simple, safe way of helping people "reset" their nervous systems to a greater state of calm, quiet and clarity. When a group experiences this relief from chaos, hope, determination and resiliency can begin to be restored, which allows communities to move forward.

Together in Hope's mission is to empower lives and communities globally. We envision a world where all children have enough to eat, can go to school, have access to quality health care, and where all parents can find jobs and provide for their families. Together in Hope believes that if we all work together, in hope, each doing what we can, we can make that vision a reality and give those living in poverty a future with hope. We work with some of the world’s poorest communities in the Philippines, El Salvador and Ethiopia. These are communities unreached by international development organizations. We work with these communities to help them break the cycle of poverty and give them a future with hope. Our model hinges on the perspective that to empower a community living in poverty, the community must be involved in every step of the program and that they must own the project. Together in Hope does not walk into a community and create change; we wait to be invited by local community leaders to work with the community toward empowerment. The community is the main decision maker and they decide the programs they need to become self sustainable. Together in Hope comes alongside that effort and works with the local community to implement these programs. Our main goal is to empower poor communities and to leave as little foot print as possible. This model is built upon shared leadership amongst the community. The local community plays an active role in the project identification, planning, implementation, and monitoring. As a community grows and develops, Together in Hope is there to assist with educational and nutritional support, job and livelihood training, and health care support. By empowering communities to self-define and self-actualize, Together in Hope seeks to break the cycle of poverty, giving community members and families a future with hope.

Yakote Women Farmers mission is to provide assistance to the Nabdem district of the Upper East region of , West Africa. This assistance is primarily directed to supporting the women in developing self-sufficiency through improved farming techniques, improved sanitation and clean water, education, health care and small business starts and improved nutrition and school feeding programs. In addition, the association works to increase cultural exchanges and improved understanding between West Africa and the U.S.

Wild Tomorrow is dedicated to the protection of threatened and endangered species and the habitats they depend on for survival. We want to ensure that the world that comes after us is a world in which a wild tomorrow is possible. We work on the ground in southern Africa and our vision is for a world in which wildlife habitats are expanded and protected, and where existing reserves have the resources needed to keep their animals safe.

Soldiers' Angels is a national nonprofit providing aid and comfort to the men and women of the United States Army, Marines, Navy, Air Force, Coast Guard, and their families. Our hundreds of thousands of Angel volunteers assist veterans, wounded and deployed personnel and their families in a variety of unique and effective ways. "May No Soldier Go Unloved," encapsulates the motivation behind Soldiers' Angels.   The volunteers of Soldiers' Angels work tirelessly to demonstrate active care and concern for veterans, the wounded, deployed service members and their families.

Mutual Aid Disaster Relief is a grassroots network whose mission is to provide disaster relief based on the principles of solidarity, mutual aid, and autonomous direct action. By working with, listening to, and supporting impacted communities, especially their most vulnerable members, to lead their own recovery, we build long-term, sustainable and resilient communities.
