The mission of Salt Bay Chamberfest is to enrich the cultural life of Midcoast Maine by producing musical concerts of the highest artistic level. Founded in New York City in 1966, the mission of the Paul Taylor Dance Foundation is to cultivate, promote and encourage understanding of and public interest in the arts through performances of the choreographic work of Paul Taylor. In 2014, the Foundation expanded its mission with the launch of Paul Taylor American Modern Dance, building upon the past to transform the Foundation into an institutional center for American modern dance. Mission: To become a place where the upcoming generation of contemporary choreographers is nurtured and showcased, where the masterwork of the genre's great pioneers is preserved and presented, and where the American modern dance idiom is presented to large audiences to be experienced and celebrated.

Our twin goals are to bring engaging performances of this music to today's audiences, and to help bring women composers into the classical canon. Our repertoire extends from the earliest known music by women, written in the middle ages, to the music of our own time. The core of the vocal ensemble is a group of eight-to-twelve singers who perform a cappella, with continuo, and with chamber orchestra, as the repertoire requires. Our singers and period players are accomplished professionals who perform widely as soloists and ensemble musicians in Greater Boston and beyond.

Charleston Playhouse is Charleston’s first Professional Equity Musical Theatre Company, bringing its audiences the highest standard of musical theatre productions. Our mission is to make a meaningful impact on the community by educating and entertaining through purposeful storytelling; actively implementing the principles of diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility in our programming choices, color-conscious casting decisions, and employment practices, while enhancing the hospitality and tourism industry of Charleston. Featuring Broadway actors, members of Actors’ Equity Association, and professional local talent, Charleston Playhouse will give professionals the opportunity to further their careers with compensation and benefits while offering them points towards Equity membership.
